This is a renovated Semi D style Guest House located at Jalan Songkit 8, Taman Sentosa where is centrally & easy access.
The house is simple designed, comfortable & you will feel like own place as a Sweet Home.
Here are suitable to hold the form of activities such as
★ Birthday;
★ Event;
★ Families or friend gathering;
★ Weddings;
★ Short/long staying, etc.

*Except those unlawful activities are not allowed.

Attractive:
KaraOke system, u'll enjoy the singing as much as you can by 11pm.
The space
This Guest House is spacious and having a bright environment.

There are interspaces built up within the house that may suitable for the general masses.
1. At the 1st floor, there are 4 bedrooms: -
a) 2 bedrooms each attached with bathroom, dressing table and beds 2 queens, 1 single;
b) 2 bedrooms each attached with bathroom, dressing table bed with 1 queen.
c) A common family & friends area that may having some reading, relaxing cards games etc here.

2) At the Ground floor, there are:-
a) 1 bedroom attached with bathroom, dressing table and beds 1 queen, 1 single;
b) living area attached with a 65" smart TV that consist of Netflix, also provided Karaoke system, mah-jong table games & table, etc.;
c) dinning & coffee or tea break area with dinning table provided;
d) light kitchen area with cooking & meal utensils, kettle, microwave and induction cooker are provided;
e) little washroom.

3) Outside the house within the fencing, Guests may having a fun activity here like:
a) BBQ with an electric grill;
b) childhood playground games;
c) otherwise there are the some area where about 6 cars could be parking.
Guest access
May put up a tent at the space beside the house within the fencing area, beside having some activity like BBQ with electric grill.
Surely plenty enough space for having the fun holiday is not only for gathering or event to be held at this Guest House.
Other things to note
Kindly contact The Host for any confirmation in advance for the followings:-

1) Pets are allowing for some special exception with an extra fee charging;
2) For those lodgers more than 16 to 30 persons to get the accuracy of the total price.
