This is a Southern Exposure and Gulf Access with 4 Kayaks for you and the family to enjoy!! The pool even has a table to hold your drinks! Plenty of space and outdoor living at its best!! Take a peak at the pictures and you will see the kitchen is large and beautiful! This home features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and Bunk beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. With amenities like WiFi, TV's in every room, Kayaks, AC/heating, hair dryer, and a washing machine & Dryer guests will feel right at home. If you are renting a boat there is plenty of room to tie up and it is a short ride to the river with no bridges so you are not restricted with whatever boat you would like to use!! I understand this is your vacation and I want everything to go as smooth as possible with as little stress as possible! I am a stickler for a clean home that looks like the pictures we advertise because I would expect that if I were the renter! I also make myself personally available so if you have an issue I am the person you will talk to no matter what time. I really just want everyone to be happy with their time here in Cape Coral & I want everyone to Love it like I do!!
