This house was just what we needed. Elevated design and decor, it was also super pet and kid friendly. The kitchen was great and was fully stocked with all of the appliances and seasonings we needed.

We had an amazing time at this property. Communication with the host was top-notch with them promptly answering questions about the property to make sure that it was appropriate for our group all the way through sending videos about how to open certain doors prior to our arrival.The space was clean, inviting, and comfortable for our group. The location was a short drive to everything that we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed making breakfast together and playing cards at the dining room table while listening to the vinyl select selections.

Great stay. Location is close to downtown, just off a major street, but no problem with noise. Kitchen was really well stocked - we cooked most meals and it had everything we needed. The garage was a special bonus. Unit is beautiful.

Jake’s Nordic nest is a spacious, clean, contemporary treasure close to all of Greenville. The 3 full bedrooms with baths were perfect for our extended family, including the 4 pawed members. The pups loved the many windows and the spacious grassy area for them outback. The big kitchen was well appointed. The back secluded patio and rooftop area were so nice, although this sunny, hot weekend did not allow us to fully appreciate them. Jake is a gracious host!

We had a great stay. The townhome is in a very convenient location, close to everything. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the amenities were excellent, and the beds were extremely comfortable. You can truly feel the host’s thoughtfulness throughout the home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Greenville.

This home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We cooked most meals and we had all the equipment we needed. The host was great and was very prompt with any inquiries. I would highly recommend this property. We were able to walk to town in under a mile. Everything was so clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful property! Owner was a dream to work with and was very easy to communicate with. Quiet area with a 20 min walk to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome during a winter visit to Greenville with my son. The location was perfect - within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, and very convenient to downtown. The host were extremely accommodating, especially when winter weather hit during our stay with snow and sleet.The townhome was well-appointed and comfortable. One note for future guests: the master bedroom has a memory foam mattress, which may be helpful to know based on your preferences. We weren’t able to enjoy the outside deck or rooftop deck due to the weather, but they looked like great spaces for warmer months.Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely book again and recommend it to others visiting Greenville!

Spacious and spotless townhome

We loved our stay at this townhome. It was very spacious, plenty of room for the six of us. Very clean and nicely decorated/furnished. There is a great brewery and restaurants in walking distance - so many options close by. The highlight is definitely the rooftop deck. So nice to sit up there and enjoy a drink. We will be back!

The high points:*Beautiful space! *Immaculately clean interior.*Very responsive host.*Beautiful historic neighborhood behind the property, perfect for a morning walk.*Beautiful deck space.*Very comfortable beds and living room furniture.*Love the vinyl record player!*Well stocked kitchen.Things you might want to know.*Although this says you are steps from downtown, it is a minimum of a 1 mile walk along pretty busy streets. We are walkers, but ended up driving for all excursions. *Grocery store is located within walking distance (1/2 mile). *Property is located on a busy street and can be noisy. Host provides white noise machines in each bedroom.*Well equipped kitchen. Drip and French drip coffee makers. Filters are provided, coffee is not.*Lots of steps. One bedroom on ground level, remaining bedrooms are two flights up. Deck is a third flight up.* Located in a very compact condo community. When curtains are open, you can easily see into adjacent units and they into yours.* Door locks are odd. Host sent pre-arrival videos on how to lock and unlock doors! Once you get the hang of it, it’s not a problem.This is not an inexpensive property and there were things that we felt could have/should have been addressed in a pre-arrival walk-through by the cleaners or maintenance staff. The issues that needed immediate attention were addressed quickly.

The unit is lovely with all of the latest bells and whistles!The pullout sofa in the "4th bedroom" was not comfortable for 2 adults. It would probably be acceptable for children. We were on edge about having normal conversations between 4 couples after 10 pm due to the noise ordinance. If you cannot find clean towels and washcloths, check the dryer.Overall, for 1 night, it was acceptable, but having had other VRBO experiences in Greenville, for 200 per couple we have experienced more comfort and fewer restrictions.Thank you!
