The way to access the property is through a door code, which you will receive in your introductory email.

● No pets allowed.
● Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited.
● Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked upon departure.
● Maintain minimal noise levels.
● Please treat the property with respect, leaving it in the same condition as you found it.

You can request additional cleanings and laundry service for an additional fee.

Check In:
Our official check-in window is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM local time. During this time, our team is fully available to assist with door codes, locks, WiFi, and any arrival-related needs. If you choose to arrive after 8:00 PM, you may still use self check-in, but please understand that live support is not available after 8:00 PM. Any access issues, lock problems, or entry difficulties that occur after 8:00 PM will be addressed the following day.

By arriving after 8:00 PM, you accept full responsibility for delayed assistance and agree that no refunds or compensation will be issued for issues reported after 8:00 PM.

We strongly recommend arriving within the 4:00–8:00 PM window for the smoothest experience.
