Ruth was a fantastic, welcoming host! We enjoyed our stay in Avon - very close walk to the library, rec center, and bus system. About a 5-7 minute walk to the skier express shuttle to get to Beaver Creek.

Town of Avon - Town Councilor
Originally from St. Louis, I moved to Vail on a whim 33 years ago and haven't looked back since! The mountains are my home and my playground and I enjoy, more than anything else, sharing my valley with visitors and making sure they have the time of their life. I am very fortunate to have settled in Vail - every day is a new adventure.

When you visit me, I can be your private Concierge! I keep in the know on what's going on as far as Concerts, festivals, recommendations for snowmobiling, hiking, biking, or skiing, point you to the finest restaurants, and keep up with all of the special events. We look forward to sharing our home with you :)

Why they chose this property

Avon is my home. As a dedicated Town Councilor, I am committed to enhancing the quality of life for both our residents and our visitors.

What makes this property unique

Located in the heart of Avon. Bus stop ON property. Easy access to local amenities. Walking distance to Avon Transportation Center to get you to Vail, Beaver Creek, down valley or even the airport. All bus lines FREE! Steps away from Nottingham Park and Lake. Lots to do in the park - festivals, ice skating, SUP and Paddleboat rentals, fishing, beach and swimming.
