Welcome to your immaculate North Shore oasis! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is surrounded by tropical foliage, with a lagoon-like pool with a hot tub and expansive sun deck. This upscale rental is a fantastic spot for families, weekend excursions, and couples' getaways.
Mountain vistas and a pristine stretch of sand await at Hanalei Bay and Pier. Stop by Pat's Taqueria food truck for a delicious burrito on the way back to your air-conditioned retreat!

Bed & Bath
Located within Princeville, this stunning home has three expansive lanai spaces, offering plenty of space for your guests. The fresh, open layout features a chef-worthy kitchen, and a two-car garage makes parking a breeze. Three bedrooms and a cozy den offer sleeping space for 8 guests.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has another heavenly queen-size bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with the third bedroom, which is furnished with two twin-size beds.
Two more guests can drift off in the den on a cozy futon. A bright powder room offers extra space to get ready for dinner.

Activities
Start your day right by heading to the Princeville shopping center for coffee and snacks for the days adventure! Then grab the complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, and cooler and head to picturesque Anini Beach for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling.
Feeling adventurous? Princeville Ranch is your destination for horseback riding, or head on a hike nearby to hideaways beach or Sealodge beach.

Fix a family-style dinner in an oversized kitchen equipped with all the cookware and gadgets a chef could dream of. When it's time to dine, gather around the eight-person dining table, or perch at the kitchen island. You can also opt for dinner outdoors and fire up the grill. The BBQ and dining area is just around the corner from the most coveted pool in all of Princeville.

Afterwards, unwind in the hot tub with a homemade cocktail. An impressive flat-screen TV invites you to cozy up in the living room after a refreshing rinse in the poolside outdoor showers — or you can take a short drive to Luau Kalamaku for live music, fire twirling, and traditional Hawaiian dance. Excellent stay in Princeville. Conveniently located to the Hanalei area and an easy ride to the south shore. Would definitely look in to staying here again in the future. House was clean, well stocked, and access to the pool was a great way to end each day.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The pool was amazing—our kids loved spending time there. We also enjoyed cooking dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and relaxing out on the patio in the evenings. A perfect spot for a family getaway!

Great location in Princeville!

We enjoyed our stay in princeville. Glad to have Foodland near by. We traveled north and south. Ease of getting on and off main road was good. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of tools and space for cooking meals. Bedrooms were comfortable. Property was great. Overall a great place to stay!

Great Stay!

Check in was easy; good communication with host both before and during our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was a coffee grinder which would have been helpful to know ahead of time so we could buy coffee beans at Costco. Also, they had a nice selection of spices even though the description said there weren't any. We had a little trouble with the dishwasher but maintenance responded promptly and took care of it while we were out at the beach for the day. The condo was very clean; great, quiet neighborhood; but yet family friendly. They had everything we needed including: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and snorkels. Very nice pool and hot tub and barbecue area. Walking distance to the beautiful Pua Poa beach and the Neighbors Coffee shop on the top floor of Hotel One - with magnificent views of Hanalei Bay. We would definitely recommend and stay here again sometime.

Wonderful experience...

Our family of six (two adults, four teenagers) felt comfortable and at home in this ample and well-stocked condo. The location is ideal on the North Shore of Kauai, and the management team was communicative and helpful. The property was clean, had effective A/C and fans, and there were some beach chairs and toys in the garage. We appreciated having a washer / dryer in the unit, a covered garage to park in, and a safe and inviting condo complex with easy access to walking / jogging / biking trails and quick drives to Hanalei and other local sites. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, which was convenient for our family. Overall, we would happily stay here again. Mahalo!

Roomy condo, good for groups, easy checkin and checkout

Nice, clean condo convenient to North Shore activities, plenty of room for large group. Picture of room with futon is a little misleading as the room is open to the entire second floor at the top of the stairs and offers no privacy. Master bedroom is very spacious with large closets and bathroom and nice desk area. Driveway is shared by 2 other condo units and can get a little congested when cars leaving at same time. Well stocked kitchen and garage has plenty of beach chairs and beach gear. Easy check in and check out. Overall a very nice place and easy place to stay.

Lovely Space in Kauai

This condo was lovely - the bedrooms had comfortable beds. The study did not have any doors, and the futon needed some blankets layered over the hard parts of the frame, but it served us well too. The kitchen was well-outfitted, and having a washer and dryer was very helpful. In the garage there was a great collection of beach gear, and even a cooler. The location did require driving or biking to get to beaches, stores, etc., but to truly see Kauai you'd want that anyway. Most amazing was the help from the staff. The AC wasn't working on Christmas and the property manager stopped by while we were at church to fix it (completely unexpected). Communication is amazing with this team, and they are definitely worth renting from.

Wonderful home unwelcoming neighborhood.

The house was wonderful. Well kept, nicely maintained, clean, supplied with beach gear, trustworthy neighborhood. The listing was as described, and everything we would want in a vacation rental. However… the neighborhood was unfriendly and quite frankly rude. We felt unwelcome as guests at the pool. Our kids could not play, splash, laugh or have any fun without being yelled at. I would not recommend this neighborhood for anyone with kids. It really was a shame. A great rental spoiled by the neighborhood.

The rental was spacious, but in a crowded condo complex. We had carpentry and construction on our unit most weekdays. This unit would be better for young people who were off sightseeing during the day. The unit is well equipped in spite of the lack of even one baking dish or a blender.

House was well stocked with everything our family needed from beach towels, beach toys, all sorts of boards and snorkels. The layout worked so well for our family. The pool was lovely and a very short walk. Only wish there was somewhere to eat outside at the house for the whole family.

Our group was so happy with our stay in this beautiful home. We would have loved to stay longer but no availability. It was in a beautiful location and the service was very quick to respond when needed. They had chairs, boogie boards, ice chest and an umbrella that came in handy!! Definitely would recommend.

A great location…you could be as busy as you want to be with excursions not to far away. You could have a relaxing vacation with beach & pool. Everyone in a family or group would have something to do. The 1 thing I think should be upfront is that it definitely slept 8 people, but it stated there was 4 bedrooms, and it really only has 3 bedrooms & a loft that slept 2 with twin beds, that you walked through to get to the 3rd bedroom. It didn’t bother us, but to someone who thinks everyone is getting an inclosed bedroom may not rate it that well.
