¡Bienvenido a tu hogar ejecutivo en la playa! Si te gusta la vida moderna y exquisita, entonces este es el hogar para ti. Y qué más se puede pedir para disfrutarlo en esta propiedad única frente a la playa. Esta casa ofrece una cochera cubierta que se adapta fácilmente a 4 autos. Si te has quedado en la playa, entonces sabes muy bien lo difícil que puede ser el estacionamiento, especialmente en el verano, ¡así que es imprescindible! Cuando entras por la puerta principal, hay un vestíbulo acogedor y un banco con espacio para guardar tus zapatos. En el siguiente piso, encontrarás el gran espacio abierto de planta abierta. Es el espacio perfecto para entretenerse o simplemente disfrutar del tiempo con la familia. El techo se ha vuelto a hacer recientemente y tiene un magnífico acabado de lavado blanco reutilizado. Hay una mesa de comedor de madera maciza muy grande con capacidad para 8 personas y un área de descanso adicional en el bar justo al lado de la cocina. ¡La cocina es el último sueño de un chef! Viene totalmente equipado con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una estufa a gas de alta gama de 6 hornillas. En la zona de estar, hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana y chimenea de gas. Mira una de las famosas puestas de sol de Santa Cruz en la mesa redonda en el rincón del desayuno. Desde aquí hay una terraza con una mesa de patio de tamaño completo con capacidad para 6 y una barbacoa de propano. En el último piso es donde encontrarás las cuatro habitaciones de tamaño completo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, baño privado y una sala de estar en la esquina con una silla papasana y su propio balcón privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size con ropa de cama tropical. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king size, un pequeño escritorio de esquina pintoresco y mucha luz natural desde el tragaluz. El último dormitorio tiene una litera de Hollywood que es perfecta para alojar a los niños. Awesome Beach Home

My best friend’s family and ours have been going to Aptos for over 20 years. This home accommodated us nicely and has a great open floor plan where everyone can hang out together. They also have a cute back patio area, I just wish it was swept and that spider webs were removed. Definitely would consider staying here again!

Perfect for adult getaway

We came with 3 other couples. The bed situation is perfect, with two kings and two queens. Distance to the beach is ideal. Parking is tricky for large SUVs/trucks so we had to get creative but all around it is a beautiful property and we would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at 339 Beach Drive

It's a little extra effort packing in and out but worth it to be above the street level where parked cars can block your view. This home has a great layout with huge, open living room, dinning room and kitchen. plenty of dinning seating, and great gas fireplace for cool evenings. I appreciate the solid core bedroom doors--helps cut down on noise if you want to go to bed before others do. Love the deck and the fact that the house has a back patio as well. The beds were firm but comfortable--except for the bottom mattress in the bunk bed. The edge of the full mattress was pretty broken down probably from people standing on it to make the top mattress. If you have early risers, put them in the bedroom with the skylight. My daughter said the drawers in the main bedroom had a bit of an unpleasant order to them that transferred to their clothing so they weren't able to use it. About the only other thing was the kitchen knives were pretty dull but I've found this to be typical of most other rentals. We usually bring our own or a knife sharpener.

Large parking area Bad: Windows and screens were so filthy they ruined the view(huge dust balls when I used a sponge to clean all front and back windows and screens) Stained carpet and couches. TV remotes didn’t work (probably no batteries). No beach towels. No beach chairs. No boogie boards. Have to sign a separate contract as part of rental (not defined in listing). $450 for linens and cleaning. Smells a bit musty (but it’s been a wet year). Outdated bathroomsUgly: Creaky saggy beds. At 8am two workers showed up in back yard to work all day. Ruined our privacy. Reacted negatively when asked to keep voices down while kids were napping in the afternoon. Got an apology but that’s it.

Fabulous Easter Week

Our Easter Break was spent at the Beach. And this house was very clean and comfortably for all our family members. Kitchen is very spacious and plenty of counter space for all our goodies. We enjoyed BBQ'ing on the back Patio, and playing games and renting movies. We watched for Dolphins and whales. We were all quite happy with the sleeping arrangements. Tho I would suggest maybe sometime soon a new Mattress for the Second Room with a queen, or a topper mattress. Other than that we would for sure want to come back and make many more memories here. Do not rent from this owner

We rented this house and the owner stated that we damaged the hardwood floors, stained the carpet. He wanted to keep our deposit. I fought it because we did no such damage. He insisted that the hardwood floors were just refinished the week before, but there was no smell except musty smell. The mattress covers were dirty and filled with dust, and all the rugs in the bathrooms were soiled and had to be washed. It is a beautiful house, but beware!! Take pictures of every floor surface, or have someone walk through the property with you before and check off all spots or damage to house/furniture, and hope he doesn't try to rip you off!!
