As you walk in the front door, there is a welcoming foyer and a bench with storage for your shoes. On the next floor up, you will find the very large open floor plan living space. It is the perfect space for entertaining or simply enjoying time with the family. The ceiling has been recently re-done and has a gorgeous repurposed white wash finish. There is a very large solid wood dining table that seats 8 comfortably and extra seating area at the bar right off the kitchen. The kitchen is a chef's ultimate dream! It comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a top of the line 6 range gas burner stove. In the seating area, there is a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Watch one of Santa Cruz's famous sunsets at the round table in the breakfast nook. From here there is deck with a full size patio table that seats 6 and a propane BBQ. On the last floor is where you will find all four of the full size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, and a corner sitting area with a papasan chair and it's very own private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with tropical bedding. The third bedroom has a king size bed, small quaint corner desk, and plenty of natural light from the skylight. The last bedroom has a Hollywood bunk bed which is perfect for accommodating the kids. In addition to all of the great features this home offers, there is a built in washer and dryer. Fabulous Easter Week
Our Easter Break was spent at the Beach. And this house was very clean and comfortably for all our family members. Kitchen is very spacious and plenty of counter space for all our goodies. We enjoyed BBQ'ing on the back Patio, and playing games and renting movies. We watched for Dolphins and whales. We were all quite happy with the sleeping arrangements. Tho I would suggest maybe sometime soon a new Mattress for the Second Room with a queen, or a topper mattress. Other than that we would for sure want to come back and make many more memories here.

Do not rent from this owner
We rented this house and the owner stated that we damaged the hardwood floors, stained the carpet. He wanted to keep our deposit. I fought it because we did no such damage. He insisted that the hardwood floors were just refinished the week before, but there was no smell except musty smell. The mattress covers were dirty and filled with dust, and all the rugs in the bathrooms were soiled and had to be washed. It is a beautiful house, but beware!! Take pictures of every floor surface, or have someone walk through the property with you before and check off all spots or damage to house/furniture, and hope he doesn't try to rip you off!!
