¡Este es absolutamente uno de los mejores hogares para la escapada familiar perfecta!

Ubicada en los pisos de Río del Mar, esta recientemente renovada casa de playa está literalmente a 5 minutos a pie de la playa.

La cocina, los baños y las habitaciones han sido recientemente renovadas (ver fotos). Hay pisos de madera en toda la casa. El piso de arriba cuenta con una cama King con TV montada en la pared. Hay 2 dormitorios en la planta baja que incluyen 1 cama grande y 2 camas matrimoniales. Hay 2 baños completos y 1 1/2 baño.

La sala de estar incluye un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 "montado sobre la chimenea con cable que incluye un DVR y HBO. Internet de alta velocidad también está disponible en toda la casa. Cada habitación tiene su propio televisor.

En el garaje, hay una mesa de billar reglamentaria con un televisor de 50 "para mantener a todos entretenidos. También hay sillas de playa, sombrillas, un vag��n y un juego de hoyo de maíz.

La cubierta superior del techo tiene vistas panorámicas de la zona de Rio Del Mar junto con un pico del océano.

A los huéspedes les encantará la ubicación de esta casa, Cafe Rio está justo al final de la calle junto con el famoso Pixies Deli. Camine por la playa hacia el bote de cemento y los huéspedes pueden aventurarse por las escaleras exteriores hasta el estacionamiento estatal, ubicado a pocas cuadras de Manual's (un excelente restaurante de comida mexicana con margaritas excepcionales).

Aptos BBQ está justo en la calle de la casa y tiene una selección fenomenal de cervezas locales con carnes y ensaladas de primera categoría (incluso es posible que puedas ver una banda de blues local los domingos por la noche). Además, hay una gran barra de vinos al otro lado de la calle de la barbacoa Aptos.

El recientemente inaugurado restaurante Hideout es un placer y está un poco más adelante en la calle Soquel.

Si desea aventurarse un poco más, Capitola está a solo un par de millas de la carretera y tiene excelentes tiendas boutique y varios restaurantes a lo largo de la playa. Además, el paseo marítimo de Santa Cruz es muy corto y tiene entretenimiento para todos (paseos, juegos, surf, ciclismo, senderismo, pesca, kayak, buceo, etc.).

Monterey Bay con el famoso Aquarium y Cannery Row está a solo 40 minutos al sur. Si está listo para un hermoso viaje, diríjase hacia el norte por 90 minutos en la pintoresca carretera 1 y visite San Francisco.

Clean and well appointed

Very cute, very clean home our family of 4 really enjoyed. An extremely well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and very comfortable beds, bedding nice, great TV. Thank you Bailey Property management and the owners of this home for a great place to stay. We will look you up next time we are in town visiting family.

The pool table was a huge bonus and we all enjoyed having that ! Our older mom stayed with us so the downstairs tub was not ideal for her but otherwise we enjoyed the house and all the amenities. Spacious, comfortable beds, lots of seating and beautiful back yard.

Family vacation

This is a wonderful house! We had a great stay with everything we needed. The house is well stocked. The garage has everything you need for the beach, wagons, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids. Along with the pool table and a corn hole game for the backyard. Just a short walk to beach. The crows nest on the roof was icing on the cake. The upstairs got a little warm in the afternoon on our 85degree day, but there was plenty of fans to cool down. The downstairs bedrooms do hear noise from people walking upstairs. But the tri levels allow alot of privacy. I still give this house 5 stars and highly recommend it!

A very nice Beach House

We rented this beach house to spend some time with my daughter and her family. The house is located a short walk from a very nice beach. There is a small creek that empties into the ocean at the beach, and my grandsons really enjoyed playing both on the beach and in the creek. The house is quite nice. There are a lot of stairs, so anyone who is infirm would do well to look elsewhere, but we enjoyed the views and the privacy that having multiple floors afforded. The garage is loaded with beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, kites, assorted pails, shovels, and other sand toys), and a pool table. The house is located on a one-way street, and there is no on-street parking, but plenty of room for a couple of cars in the driveway. Suggestions: 1) It would be helpful to label the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. 2) There was a sign in the kitchen, and a note in the property guide that stated that there is no off-street parking. I found this a bit confusing, as there was also verbiage that said that we should park in the driveway, which by definition is "off-street". Since there was no available space to park on the street, we assumed that the no off-street parking sign was an error. 3) House policy is that those staying in the house when garbage is collected should put the various bins out on the opposite side of the street on pick-up day. We found this a bit confusing, as the opposite side of the street was packed with parked cars. In our area, the bins need to be spaced apart on the street to allow a truck with an automated pick-up arm to empty them. We found that we could place our bins in front of other bins across the street, and apparently it wasn't a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.
