Once you enter the front door, you will find a large living room with comfortable couches, board games & books; a dining area that comfortably seats 8 people; and a galley-style kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and walk-in pantry where the home's washer & dryer are located. Relax with a book or enjoy the sunset in the serene, light-filled solarium that provides panoramic views over the palmettos and oak trees in the backyard. The 4 bedrooms of the home (including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom) and the second bathroom are all located near one another down the hallway off the living room. Free off-street parking on the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars. Please note there is no additional parking available if your party has more than 3 cars.
