Newly renovated 2-bedroom condo located just steps from the sands of Hampton Beach, NH in the famous island section. Situated on Atlantic Avenue, this second-floor unit offers an open-concept living space with modern finishes and abundant natural light. Step outside onto your private deck to enjoy ocean views and the refreshing sea breeze. With the beach, local shops, and dining options within a short walking distance, this condo provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your seaside getaway.

My husband and I, and our two daughters, have enjoyed this every summer since purchasing it. This is our first year renting it out, we hope you enjoy this as much as we have and make the best memories!!

This is a fantastic property. It is in the heart of Hampton Beach with everything in walking distance. The beach is a minute walk, the main strip is a minute in the other direction. A great view of the weekly fireworks and overall just a wonderful place to stay. The property was in great condition and everything was just right. The property owners were fantastic also, answering all of my questions in a timely manner and making us feel welcome. I recommend this property at all costs. It was a fantastic getaway for my wife and I. 10/10

A great place in the island section at Hampton Beach. Completely updated and clean end unit condo with a slider to a great deck with oven views. The deck is mostly private, there’s a shared staircase with the upstairs neighbor. A stand alone conditioner in one bedroom which is enough too cool the unit during the day. The other bedroom has a slider with screen for that ocean breeze. Plus ceiling fans in each room! Full size tub/shower in the large bathroom. We were amazed at how big the closets were too. Stackable washer and dryer was a great bonus. No charcoal or gas grills allowed but it wasn’t a problem because an indoor electric grill was available and the gas stove. Full size fridge too. Parking space is the middle spot, which does require parallel parking. Our mid size SUV fit fine. There’s a Keurig, toaster oven and air fryer. Convenient to the strip for walking, shopping and entertainment but tucked away on a dead end street. We will be back!

The island section has always been quieter, and the beaches are more private than other areas. The ability to sit on the deck with a beach view, or a quick walk to downtown for shops and restaurants makes this the perfect location!
