This cottage was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. Much bigger than I expected. The beds were comfy, large kitchen and multiple seating areas. I loved the large amount of beach supplies. The parking easily fits two cars in tandem. This was a great stay. We will be back next year.

we loved the cottage it was so nice and clean and cozy it was perfect for our family. Comunication between us and Tracey was great she answered any questions we had. The distance from the cottage to the beach was a five minute or less walk witch was awsome. Would love to stay again ❤

Nice affordable, close enough to many destinstions. Only issue was the small portable heater had dust build up, started smoking. We unplugged and didnt use. Other than that, overall a nice stay.

Best beach house I’ve stayed in a long time!! Tracy was amazing with check-in process. Even with the little trouble I had with the key no problem she fixed it right away. The house was spotless and came with everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. All in all it was just amazing.

Nice cottage

The home is definitely a beach cottage. It’s small but you spend most of your time out and about enjoying the area so not a big deal. The only issue we had was that it was a rainy week and whenever it rained the driveway and all around the house flooded so you couldn’t leave the house without being ankle deep in water for a while after the rain stopped.

Awesome Family Vacation

My family of 4 had an amazing time in Hampton Beach. Our house had all the amenities and living space needed for the week there. A washer/dryer, outdoor shower and A/C were some great features than other rentals in the area. Asking for a higher rate, did not supply. The driveway does get very flooded after a storm, but thats nothing a pair of flip flops cant handle. As far as location, we were 5 mins from the beach and no further than 10 mins from any of the restaurants or other entertainment along the strip. We couldnt have asked for a better experience for our 1st time visiting and would recommend to anyone planning a trip.

the property is well placed, the communication with tracy was easy and the price is fair. the a/c worked well. there is also good equipment provided for the beach. the place is small, but it was ok for 4 adults. side note, it was not a problem for us, but the ceiling aint that high in some places so i would not recommand for very tall people. the kitchen isnt that well equiped so keep that in mind and bring some stuff like tupperwares or ziplocs for beach picnics and also cooking staples like oil, sugar, spices, etc. Also bring TP. overall a good spot, you just need to come a bit prepared if you dont wanna dine out! Nice location to the beach and boardwalk

My friends and I went for the beach, it was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The supplied beach wagon and chairs were a bonus. My friends and I agreed, we wouldn't want more than 4-5 adults to stay in this house as it was tight at moments maneuvering around for morning and night routines (limited counter space and room in main living area). One bedroom you need to walk through the bathroom or outside doors to access, we are all comfortable with each other so this was hardly an issue, but good to note depending on your group. The back bedroom was spacious and the two rooms with bunks were tight but worked just fine (low ceilings for top bunk, so do not sit up too fast. All beds were comfy-which was a nice surprise! A nearby bar can be heard bumping away into the night, but the air conditioners/fans drown it out well. Overall we had a nice stay and would likely stay again. A cozy and clean stay.

Vacation for family of 6

Overall it was a great stay. However, we were a little disappointed that you were only able to use the dryer on “air dry”. Which literally doesn’t dry anything, even with multiple cycles. Ended up having to hang clothes all throughout the house to try to dry them. Not very convenient when you are trying to wash and dry 3 young children’s clothes and you chose the location because of the access to a washer and dryer. Also, listing stated there was cable tv. However, there was only local channels which wasn’t great on a rainy afternoon ( especially with kids). Overall, it was a great stay in a very convenient location and owner was very friendly. We would consider staying here again.
