The spacious king bedroom provides ultimate comfort, while the living room features a pull-out sofa and a large pullout chair converts to a twin bed (perfect for kids), perfect for accommodating additional 3 guests in addition to the king bed. Its central location ensures you`re never far from the vibrant attractions of Traverse City.
Surrounded by a variety of eateries and attractions, you can start your day with a coffee from the nearby café! The condo`s prime location offers easy access to both downtown Traverse City and the charming town of Elk Rapids.
Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.

Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.
☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. HOA RULES AND REGULATIONS
No smoking, vaping, use of tobacco or drugs is allowed inside a condo. Smoking, vaping and use of tobacco are allowed in the parking lot and designated smoking area only. Designated smoking area is located between the condo building and the beach area along the tiled path (opposite the boat rental). All cigarette butts should be placed in an appropriate receptacle.
No BBQ or grilling should take place on decks or balconies. BBQ or grilling is allowed at a distance of at least 25 feet from the building.
Gasoline and propane tanks should not be stored on decks or balconies. Please see The Beach office for storage access.
No open fires are allowed on The Beach Condominium premises (including the beach).
The use of fireworks is prohibited on The Beach Condominium premises.
No use of firearms, pellet guns, B-B guns, or other dangerous weapons are allowed on The Beach Condominium premises.
Only Beach Condominium guests are allowed to store boat, boat trailer, snowmobile or snowmobile trailer during their registered stay. Trailers must be able to fit into one parking spot and may not be stored while attached to a vehicle. Campers or house trailers are not allowed to be parked on site.
