Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the location of our condo but sincerely apologize for any issues you encountered while staying with us. We have addressed your concerns with our housekeeping team and assure you this is not the norm! Regarding the pool bands, our pre-arrival photos show 6 wrist bands located in the unit. Nevertheless, we regret this miscommunication and apologize that we were not more thorough in our explanation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We also apologize that no one returned to the unit to clean the toilet; we have addressed this with our housekeeping manager and take full responsibility for this oversight. Our staff is diligent in fulfilling guest service requests and we deeply regret our lapse in communication. We have scheduled a bathroom deep clean prior to our next guest's arrival and will be sure to replenish the kitchen linens.
