No pets, no smoking, no events are allowed. One side of the garage is available for guests to store bikes/gear. The elevator is available for guest use. There is a front door ring camera and a back porch camera for safety.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

The house was better than we imagined and so perfect for our multi generation trip with little kids. The management company was responsive and helpful and we loved the location. The home is beautiful and spacious and the beds were very comfy!

Lovely property. Very clean, everything in great shape, decor is very nice and cozy. We had a small problem and management responded quickly. Great place for adults, but probably not for a group with younger children. (That bedroom was right off the main gathering area, so would be loud for getting kids to bed if adults staying up late.)

Everything about this home was perfect. Each of our adult children had an ensuite room, our grandchild had a bunk room convenient to his parents. The pool and marsh view were a great way to spend the afternoon or we could bike/walk to Boardwalk 30 for fun on the beach. The deck was where we gathered for coffee each morning to watch the deer and birds. We would definitely return to Halona!
Beautiful house, everything well kept. Was super quiet and relaxing. Management company was responsive and easy to work with. No issues. Great stay.

The homeowners have thought of everything - chilled wine glasses in the freezer, seafood setups, luxurious beds and linens, the most adorable bunk room, and games galore! We loved staying in this home and had an incredible time! The location is convenient for riding bikes to tennis and the beach, and a close drive to nearby golf courses and Freshfields.
