Enjoy a getaway in a Lake Tahoe waterfront 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite near Tahoe City. Use of condo complex pool, hot tub, homeowners beach, and pier. Excellent space for a couple or solo adventurer looking for a Lake Tahoe summer rental steps from the lake.

The space
This 1 bedroom apartment/guest suite has a private entrance from the main condo. Main condo may have residents from time to time. You’ll have your own kitchenette (2 burner stove and microwave) and refrigerator. Comfortable living area with a Smart TV (no cable) and DVD player. Views of the lake from the main living area. Bathroom has a full bathtub & shower. The patio looks out to the grass and Lake Tahoe.

Enjoy all that Tahoe City and the lake have to offer! Walking distance from excellent bakeries such as Sugar Pine Bakery. Short bike or drive from Tahoe City and many restaurants, movie theater, Farmers Market (Thursdays), golf course, Tahoe Rim trailheads, and more. ~18 min drive to ski resorts.

Listed price includes 10% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax.

Perfect spot for a getaway! Lovely 1 bedroom with everything you need. Your front porch is right on the water with amazing views and access to swimming and paddle boarding. Owners were fantastic and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Clean and steps from the lake. Enjoyed having coffee every morning outside on the water. Great little well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed with down comforter. Beautiful grounds and felt very safe and relaxed. Should have brought our kayak, great place to put in the water.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, accommodating, and proactive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from booking through checkout, which made everything easy and stress-free.The condo itself is a small one-bedroom unit that is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While it isn’t particularly luxurious or loaded with amenities, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and serves as a great home base for exploring the area.What truly makes this property stand out is the location. Literally 25 steps from the lake, with lake views from front window. It’s hard to imagine a better spot for enjoying Tahoe City and the North Shore. The condo is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and the lake, making it easy to access everything you might need during your stay. Having a variety of dining options close by, from casual breakfast spots and coffee shops to great lakeside dinners, was a huge plus.Overall, the condo itself is solid and comfortable, but the combination of an outstanding host and an unbeatable Tahoe City location makes this property a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable Tahoe getaway.
