This property is perfectly located and a short walk to the pristine 7 mile beach. Across the street from restaurants and bars. Ample parking. Property owner very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.Property was immaculate, beds comfortable and livingroom very welcoming.

Great place to stay in Avalon!

We loved our stay here at the condo, everything was clean, well-appointed and decorated very cute! Added bonus that sheets, towels and beach tags were included---which is unlike all other rentals in Avalon/Stone Harbor. The pictures don't actually do it justice, the condo is so bright and beachy and roomier than I expected. We would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old and it was the perfect size for us! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved having the pool steps away and the beach a very short walk away. The host was excellent to communicate with! We will definitely be back!

Location Location Awesome Place

Perfect beach vacation spot. Literally 100’ from the Icona resort, but with better parking. The apt has newer furniture, kitchenette 1.5 baths. All clean and ready to go. Thoughtfully stocked, just bring your beach gear (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas) everything else is here (bath towels, soap, linens, coffee). The pool is perfect for the kids to cool off in after a hot day, and there is a grill area too w outdoor tables and chairs. The unit is on the first floor, despite it being July 4th weekend we were able to park within a few spots every time. Last, but not least the host, James, was helpful and easy to communicate with. Hope to be back soon.Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, and the entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Unit is accessible directly from curbside, so very easy to access if one is handicapped. Host very responsive to our questions. Seating area accommodated a large family visit (6 people) for lunch. We appreciated the air filtration and a/c; the unit was very comfortable in hot, sticky weather.The rest of the former hotel is not clearly accessible from this unit. We did not search for or find the pool.Parking permit was needed and provided.
