'Ian's 5th Home' is my fifth vacation home. This home is still under final renovation stage and will be available for reservation from 1st May 2017 onward. This home is located strategically. 5 minutes from Bercham Highway Exit, 10 Minutes to Meru Studio Park (Opening Soon) by free highway, 15 minutes to Tambun Lost World by free highway, 15 minutes to town center. There are 2 multiple shopping malls and night life within 10 minutes drive. Peaceful residential area with nice neighbors too.
