Great beach studio just 0.3 miles to the beach. Being a one room efficiency, this is most suited for a couple. One full bed and one twin bed sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen has pots and pans, AC, microwave and stove (including oven). Huge patio features a grill and dinning area, where you can enjoy your coffee/breakfast/cocktails or just relax outdoors and read. Condo also has a recently renovated full bath, cable TV, DVD, and free WIFI. Great mid Cape location for your summer vacation. If you are looking for the perfect affordable beach location, look no further. Guests should bring their own sheets and towels. We have a strict 'no pet'/'no smoking' policy and you must be over the age of 21 to rent this property.

Would change two things only. I do not like the smell of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Unscented detergent and no dryer sheets (if they were used) please. Also less decoration especially on surfaces would be very appreciated. Otherwise it suits us perfectly!! Would stay again.

Great little cottage!

Nice little cottage perfect for two people. We found it ideally located between the Boston area and all the places we visited on the cape.

Great Location and easy access to Almost anything Mid-Cape

Fully stocked with anything you'd need to make meals. Bed, shower and coffee were all we needed to refresh for the next day.

Splendid studio

Very clean and comfortable studio in a very convenient spot on the Cape. Equally easy to get to the beaches in Orleans then Provincetown, or to get to Falmouth or the Cape Cod Canal. Adorably decorated with a seaside theme, great patio out back with grill, full kitchen, welcoming bottles of seltzer, assortment of Kuerig coffee pods, impeccably clean, free parking, and all on one level with no stairs to climb. The few questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this unit enough!

Absolute Perfection!

If I could give this place a million stars I would!! We loved it so much we extended our stay! Ingrid (the host) made everything so fantastic and easy! She is so sweet!! When we decided to extend our stay she made it quick and easy for us! She is very quick to respond and made our stay perfect! The place was so clean and immaculate exactly as described! The area is quiet and peaceful and very safe!! I could have left the doors unlocked and open and wouldnt have had an issue. The location was perfect and centrally located to everything!! Our stay was amazing!! We stayed for 6 nights!!! We will definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend!! Don’t miss out on this little piece of Heaven!! Thank you Ingrid and Glen!!!!!

Grill not useable

Contacted Glen; via face-time advised would be in touch received email indicating might replace it on a Sunday or Saturday. Arrived second week and check grill found it did not word, very rusted, brought a new one installed and removed old one. Feel it should be operational upon my arrival as advertised.

Long Weekend

My stay in June was a long weekend getaway. It is the perfect place for one or two people. The full kitchen and outdoor deck make it a better choice than a hotel stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, the property is well maintained, and it is very close to the beach too. The homeowners are so helpful and responsive. I enjoyed my stay.

My perfect getaway

This studio was the perfect stay for my solo getaway. Not only was the property clean and convenient, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I never felt unsafe throughout my stay. OK Place to Stay

We used the place as somewhere to crash after a day of sightseeing. Very small so not a place to spend the day. It was just my wife and me so not too bad. Any issues I had were a result of me not thoroughly reading the description. For example, renters should bring their own sheets and towels. I missed this but fortunately Ingrid had a spare set. All things considered, price/value made it a good choice.

Perfect studio

This was our third stay here, it is a perfect studio for two adults. Always very clean and great location. The hosts are always very accommodating and sweet. We will always try for this location before any other.

Worth it

There are some pros and cons of this unit. Cons: The bed is too small unless you and your partner are both small (I am 5’3 and 110lbs and my partner is 6 ft 200lbs). The blinds by the sliding door need to be replaced and are quite hard to turn or open. While the unit appeared quite clean, we encountered quite a few bugs and it probably needs a good deep clean behind the bed and other furniture. Pros: This unit is decorated very thoughtfully and the layout packs a lot into a little. It is fully stocked with everything you could think of and more. We loved the large outdoor space and being on the end of the other units. You can’t beat the location and the nearest Haigis beach is a ten minute walk and a little bit further is Glendon beach. There are many restaurants close by and all of the best towns are within a reasonable driving distance. Overall we had a pleasant stay and thought the accommodations were satisfactory.

Cozy Studio

This end unit studio was a peaceful retreat for a summer vacation. It was nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to many beaches and restaurants. The outdoor patio was a perfect spot to relax following a long day at the beach. The owners were very attentive with a problem I encountered and showed up a few hours after I contacted them to fix the problem. I enjoyed my stay!

Cape cod stay

Nice clean little property. Very small but perfect for couples looking to enjoy the cape. The address of the property takes you to a different location when you punch it into Google but otherwise everything was perfect!

great spot

Very nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is very comfortable and has everything you need. It is very well equipped, really. if it's not there, you don't need it. There is ample outdoor space to hang out in back. It's a bit more of a walk to the beach then I was expecting, maybe 10-15 minutes. It's close, not bad. Great location. You can walk to some restaurants too. Great location on the Cape, Mid Cape. You can get everywhere. I would definitely stay here again. The check in/check out process couldn't be easier. The unit was super clean.

Cape Getaway

This cozy little condo was exactly what my partner and I needed when we traveled from Boston for our friend's wedding! The kitchen came in handy and the condo was surprisingly spacious, and had a beautiful back porch that we used to have breakfast on in the mornings. The location was stellar as we were only 20 minutes away from Dennis harbor (near where wedding was) and 7 minutes away from the beach! The kitchen was stocked with some gadgets that came in handy (can opener, silverware, plates, cups, coffee maker) and the bed was super comfy and was large enough to fit two 6 ft. tall adults! Absolutely would recommend for even a party of 3 as the couch looked like a pullout and was very plush to sit on. Ingrid and Glen were awesome at communicating check-in and out times as well as any house rules. The condo was pretty much quiet and we felt perfectly tucked away in a beachy wonderland haha!

Good

Safe, clean very small. Used the sofa bed also cuz the bed was too small. The toilet had some trouble and no plunger. The rest was fine, enjoyed visits from a chipmunk, squirrel, and bunnies. Outside tho 😊
