I had a wonderful stay at Serena’s. The apartment is in a great location, minutes walk to shops and restaurants on 24th street. The space is tastefully renovated, super clean, safe and very quiet. Serena was easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a cozy apartment in the lower level of a beautiful home in Noe Valley. It was tastefully decorated, clean and very quiet.It was a block away from 24th Street which has many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Serena, the host, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect apartment for 2 ppl in Noe Valley. Apt was spotless when I arrived. Serena is a great host. The communication throughout was easy. She has put a lot of thought into what guests need: coffee grinds, laundry detergent, iron, nightstand plugs, motion detectors on the lights. The neighbor has numerous restaurants, coffee shops and places to walk/exercise. Whole Foods is a 5 min walk. Very quiet & peaceful at night. Will definitely return for my business travel.

Cozy and quiet flat in a great neighborhood. Bonus points for being squeaky clean! I hope it’s available the next time I’m in San Francisco. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a primo place in a great neighborhood on a quiet street with lots of fun things just a block away. Serena is the loveliest of hostesses, very responsive and greeted us personally. The place is newly renovated and clean as a whistle. Sweet little private outside nook for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Did I mention heated floors in bathroom?! Will come again for sure.

Serena was a very kind, hospitable host. This unit is decorated beautifully and is quite charming. I especially thought the bed was really comfortable and enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom. Being so close to 24th Street, the Mission and the Castro was an added bonus. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

The best of them all!!! Best luxury home away from home!!!! Thank you for all of your help to such a lovely home and stay. Stores, fun, gorgeous adventures on every corner. I happily took the 2 mile neighborhood walk recommended by the owners - every morning. This gives you a chance to see all the neighborhood shops and enjoy all the fresh produce stores, too. Such a wonderful experience!!!I absolutely recommend staying here for the ambiance, luxury, and price. I will absolutely be coming back many, many times!!! Keep up the great work!

The place was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Loved the proximity to 24th street and the peace and quiet of the block the home is on. Serena was very kind and easy to work with, absolutely no problems.

The unit itself was as advertised. Clean, bright, basic amenities. Fantastic location to visit your grandkids in Noe. Sometimes, I enjoy a personal touch (an extra blanket, books to read, etc) to make it feel more "homey", and none of this was present. My biggest concern was the outside lighting. I am dragging a suitcase and getting inside at 1130 PM, and it is VERY dark. This requires a motion activated light. Further, the room itself is up a set of wooden steps, and that is also pitch black and dangerous. It appears that there is a lite there but it was not turned on.The TV remote was 0% charged, and I was lucky to figure out how to charge it (no batteries.)

David, all of the exterior lighting is on motion sensors. If something was not in working order, perhaps you should have mentioned it during the multiple times we checked in with you so we could fix it or help you rather than letting us know via your review.

Very clean and quiet. In a lovely residential neighborhood with groceries, coffee shops and restaurants a couple of blocks away. Be prepared for some hills though.We were in San Francisco for ten days and staying here provides a much more comfortable place to relax than a hotel.

What a great find in Noe Valley! The unit was immaculate, quiet and beautiful, with easy entry and great communication with our host, Serena. It is just off 24th St with all the restaurants and shopping. The apartment was a lovely place to return to; it truly felt like a home away from home.

This is the perfect spot for our week in SF. Exactly as advertised. Great layout and a beautifully redone bathroom. Location can’t be beat with the 24th street commercial corridore having a wide variety of shops, pubs and places to eat. The host was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.

We had a wonderful six-day stay in this cozy, comfortable, very clean, conveniently located flat in Noe Valley — with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Our host Serena made us feel so welcome, greeting us upon arrival. The recently renovated flat has beautifully and thoughtfully designed features — the bathroom and kitchen especially — just as others have described.
