Clean and comfortable

Great outdoor space! The weather was a little too cold during my stay to enjoy the large backyard, but the landscaping was beautiful and the space was great. Check in instructions were clear.

Vacation

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying in this fabulous apartment! It was fairly central to everything we wanted to visit, and was extremely Uber friendly. The patio area is to die for, and the bed slept like a dream. Overall, just a beautifully appointed apartment that provided the privacy we appreciate when traveling. And the owners went above and beyond when they contacted me about some items I had left. It would've been easy for them to have said nothing (we've had that happen), but they reached out to me and I really, really appreciate that. We highly reccommend this spot for your SanFran vacation!

As advertised - a real gem!

The place was as advertised and even more amazing. Hosts were so communicative and helpful and at the same time we had a sensitive real privacy, given that the space is in the basement floor of their home. I reserve the space for a work colleague, who is coming to San Francisco to collaborate. I will definitely use this place again for similar situations or for any friend who wants to visit San Francisco.

Awesome Stay

Our stay here was fantastic! Libby and Pam were accommodating with all of our needs during our time here. The space was cozy, dark, and perfect for a couples stay. Also, the garden and patio were well tended to and perfect for an evening coffee. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a San Francisco trip! PS: make sure to look at the weather. It’s chilly and not LA

Perfect

This property was perfect for our stay. Quiet peaceful yard. Eclectic interior. Comfortable bed with dark bedroom for a good nights sleep. I loved the yard so very much. The weather was great and the location met our needs perfectly.

Cool pad

The decore is amazing and the backyard is spectacular. It's a great pied a terre for a couple visiting the city, who may on occation want to chill or eat in the back yard. I also see it as a great place to work remotely, particularly outside (when the weather is warm) for short stays.

Great property

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend staying at this property. The interior design was beautiful and interesting, lots of beautiful things to look at. The garden was beautiful and both indoor and outdoor spaces were very comfortable.The hosts were very prompt in answering questions, and also allowed us to enter 30 minutes before our scheduled arrival, since our flights arrived early. I recommend this property highly and would stay again when next in town. Thank you for the hospitality!

Not Your Average Ikea Rental

What a treat to stay in an apartment with character! Loved all of the attention to detail, from the huge bath towels and soft TP, to the cold beers waiting for your arrival. The outdoor living space is the perfect place to get caught up on emails. Libby and Pam were thoughtful hosts - would definitely stay here again~

Great stylish space!

Wow, amazing space! Like walking into a speakeasy with fantastic design details. Nicely appointed with a fantastic outdoor space. The bed was very comfortable and chairs were suitable for working. Greatly appreciated Libby and Pam’s hospitality. Please be aware that the owners live above the unit so there may be some noise associated with multilevel living. Overall, a great place and I plan to be back and recommend to my friends and family. Thanks!

Work comfortably in the living room, and enjoy evenings with friends in the beautiful covered outdoors living space (new in 2021) with 4 separate inside-&-out seating areas. The private guest quarters come with a private entrance and is attached to the main home.

We maintain contactless check in & a minimum 24 hours vacancy between bookings for peace of mind in Covid times & beyond.
