Your central Florida adventure begins with this 1-bedroom 36' private, comfortable and vintage RV on 3 acres in a very private location. Your space features a screened patio, complete with a patio table/chairs and ceiling fans. Inside the RV, there's a separate bedroom with a queen bed, tv, and a large mirrored closet. In the living area, you'll find a comfy recliner for 2 with 40” tv, including premium aps and wifi. A dining table for 2 is in the kitchen. The full kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, a propane stove top, toaster, Keurig stocked with coffee & tea, All the silverware and cooking utensils are stocked in the cupboards. Your own bbq grill is ready outside. A full bathroom includes a shower, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There is central AC for the hot days and central heat in the winter.

The 3 acre property is located at the very end of a quiet dirt road. The RV shares the property with only 1 house, providing a wonderful spot where you’re only hearing the birds singing and rustling majestic oaks. Plenty of room for any large toys that you might be hauling. The best of both worlds: country peace and a wide variety of restaurants, golf, fishing and entertainment within 15-30 minutes drive. I75 is a quick 15 minutes.

The Villages is 20 minutes to the south, Ocala is 20 minutes away with the World Equestrian Center to the north, The Gulf is an hour to the west, and the Atlantic is 1-1/2 hours to the east. DisneyWorld and Universal Studios are 1-1/2 hours to the south.

A great place to call home base while you're visiting Central Florida. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Very quiet area. Very clean. Host was amazing if there was any type of problem they made sure it was handled. They check on you throughout your stay to make sure you have everything you need! Perfect place to travel and stay if you’re on the road for work! All around a good and comfortable stay!

Loved our 3 night stay. Went to Rock the Country. Was able to have our dogs. If like remote and quiet this is it. Screened pation major plus. Very clean. No bugs. If you love vintage and roomy, this is the place. We definitely will be back. Silver Springs is nearby. MARION Market is less then mile down road neat older flea market. Florida Horse Park 10 miles.

This was a great way to get away from the city and not break the bank at the same time. I like to ride my bike, and the area was great for that and was also really close to a local park. The RV was perfect for me and was very clean and well maintained. I'll be coming back if I can.

Quiet but close to things

Nice quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Yet not too far from anything you would want to see in the area. The hosts are great and concerned about details. They know the area well should you have any questions. This would definately be a place I would stay in again.

The hosts were very welcoming. It was our 2nd stay. Their honesty seems to be their best quality. Some mechanical issues came up with the property. They were very quick at resolving the issues and always considered us the most important part of the deal. It is a definite pleasure to deal with people that are real. We would highly recomend them to anyone considering this property. If you rent from them you will not be disappointed.

The RV was extremely clean and larger than expected. It was very spacious and had everything we needed such as dishes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and available TV’s in both living room and bedroom. It also had bed clothes and even a little surprise left for us from our host. There was the villages nearby within a 15 minute drive, local restaurants, and beautiful scenic sights. It was very pet friendly and had a wonderful screened in porch. There were also things to do on the property, such as horseshoes and cornhole . Overall, just the perfect stay.
