Stay was within 22-25 minutes to Disney. We had a great time and our stay was great. Mark was so kind and responsive and assisted us with any questions during the stay. Great stay for the family. Nice that there was a washer and dryer in the home.

Overall a very nice condo. Very clean and spacious. Felt very safe even at night and early mornings when we were walking our dogs. It was very close to Disney and there are lot of restaurants to choose from if you need a bite to eat. The only issue I had were the mattresses. The main mattresses was very very soft. It was hard for me to comfortably sleep on. If you are used to a firm mattress you might not find it comfortable. The two twins beds were slightly better but not much. I would recommend to the owners that the mattresses be replaced. Communications with the owners were great. Gave us all the information we needed to find the condo and get in. Great stay and would stay again. (Hopefully if they update with new mattresses. LOL)

My husband and and I stayed here for Disney and it was nice and clean!! I've stayed at a lot of vacation homes and I have a pretty high standard for cleanliness so I appreciate walls being clean and crevices. Appreciated Mark's flexibility with us as well!

We had a pleasant trip, The home was very clean. Being on the first level was very nice and easily accessible. The grounds and property seemed very nice as well. We did not use any amenities on the property. We did find the home had a musky odor on entry, but wasnt a major issue. Otherwise was a good experience and would recommend.

We absolutely LOVED staying here for our vacation! The master bed is so comfy, and everything looks just like the pictures. We loved being able to relax in the pool after long days outside. I would definitely stay here again, thank you!!

Misleading description of the unit regarding ā€œpet friendlyā€ status. We booked thinking it was pet friendly, it is not. Our well-behaved dog did nothing but sleep and apparently ā€œshedā€ while in the unit. He shed so much, that the host needed to throw away the bedsheets and charge us 55 for new sheets. Also, for a listing that is described with ā€œno hidden feesā€, weā€™ve been charged 85 (plus tax) for a pet after weā€™ve already left with zero prior knowledge or notification. Nowhere in the listing description was there ever any mention of a pet fee. That, by nature, is a hidden fee. First and last VRBO experience for us. Would never recommend this unit or any unit from this host.

Great Condo and Location

My daughter and I stayed here for a week while she attended a dance convention in Disney Springs. The location was great and very close. The condo was clean, quiet, safe and near tons of restaurants and Publix. Loved the back patio and being able to have our dog with us! The host was great, very responsive and accommodating! Master bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Ground Floor Condo

The stay was good, good location and good size apartment. The pool was lovely and very clean. There wasnā€™t a pool side bar though, which was a shame as there was no food or drink allowed around the pool. The apartment was well appointed but was lacking in a kettle and a clothes airer. We didnā€™t get a cleaner for the whole ten days that we were there.

Fresh and clean

Our family of 4 adults stayed here while visiting Universal. It was very fresh and clean. The pool and property were meticulous. We didnā€™t get to enjoy the pool as we were only in the area for a couple nights and our time was jammed packed. Short drive to restaurants and stores. No complaints! Great stay!

Vacation

Booked via VRBO. I received a message that they are affiliated with Expedia, and I usually only book with Expedia. Communication was just okay. I had some questions and there was a lag between sending a message and getting a response. Received a message confirming my reservation two days before we arrived. I noticed that the reservation did not include our dog, so I reached out to the host asking about it. He asked about our pet. I gave him the information and he agreed to us bringing our pet. Charged me a pet deposit, I paid it. There were no messages about the roof being replaced while we were there. It was loud and inconvenient. We didnā€™t complain. The condo was beautiful but the spare bedroom had twin beds. Way too small of beds, but we didnā€™t complain. The instructions said that we were to put trash bags in the bench outside the unit. Instructions said it was picked up daily Monday through Friday. Put bags in there on Monday, by Wednesday evening they were still there. Called the number for the property manager that our host left us, didnā€™t want to bug our host if it wasnā€™t necessary. Checked out today at 9:30am. Received a message asking about dog hair left behind. I had to remind the host that we talked about the pet, he approved it with notes to keep our dog off the furniture. We brought her canopy bed. We cleaned the unit, washed dishes and put them away. Started the towels in the laundry, like asked. There wasnā€™t much for them to clean. Disappointed.

Disney Trip

My family of four and our two furry companions had a fantastic stay. We loved how close we were to Disney. The pool was absolutely wonderful after a long day at the park. There was plenty of green space for walking our dogs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Legacy Dunes

This was an excellent condo - clean, very well supplied, beautiful area, close to lots of attractions and restaurants. We would definitely book again next time we are in Kissimmee area.

Two week stay

We stayed in this condo for two weeks. The complex was very nice, great for walking, the main pool area also nice, and the condo very clean. The patio was a great place for morning coffee or just relaxing and enjoying the view.The bed in the primary bedroom was not great. It was like sleeping on jello. The shower curtains extremely thin.Itā€™s a great area with tons to do but that also means tons of traffic. Of course we realize the owner has no control over that.

Nice condo close to attractions

Mi wife and I spent several weeks in this condo. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, the place was very nice and safe and close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The property manager was very responsive to any of the few issues we encountered. We recommended this condo for couples alone or with children.
