This baby/family friendly flat is in the pulsing heart of the city on the Pest side, near the Opera House, restaurants and beautiful cafés. The Unesco Heritage Andrássy Avenue with world-famous luxury brands is 100 m. The ruin pub area with vintage and design shops is just across the street. The apartment is perfect for 4, there are two separate rooms, kitchen, a bathroom with two entrances, a toilette, and a small balcony to the street. Only eco-friendly materials, 3D Smart TV, A/C, elevator.
The space
This nice and cosy flat is located in the heart of the city but at the same time is very peaceful because it is in a small street near Oktogon square where the Unesco Heritage Andrássy Avenue (with beautiful belle epoque palaces and the most elegant shops) and Nagykörút (the lively Gran Boulevard with a lot of small local shops) meet. On the groundfloor of the building the Hungarian State Opera House has a rehearsal hall so you might hear some note of classical music sometimes if you open the window.
The apartment is fully equipped for you and for your kids. For them you will find baby cot, highchair, baby plate and spoon and baby bath. You can play chess or other board games with the elder ones or can read one of the books in English, Italian or Spanish. Should you arrive by car in the next building there is a garage. In the same place there is also a wellness center with spa, swimming pool and fitness facilities. Discount for long stay.
The flat is in the "Budapest Broadway" district, an area full of theatres and clubs, near to the Opera House and the Liszt Ferenc Music Accademy. In case you prefer to eat out, there are dozens of restaurants on Andrássy Avenue and Liszt Ferenc tér just across the street. Should you visit Budapest with your children take a walk to the City Park located 15 minutes walk at the end of Andrássy Avenue, where the Zoo, the Amusement Park, Circus and the biggest thermal bath inEurope, the Széchenyi Termal Bath is.

The apartment is entirely yours during your stay. Parties and social events are not permitted in the flat.
Other things to note
Please note that according to local law you will be asked to show your passport, ID or driving licence which will be registered into Hungarian tourist board system. You also will be asked to fill in a form with your address and sign it. Please note that for arrivals between 8 pm and 8 am there is an extra 30 euros to pay in cash at your arrival.
