Situata nell'Edificio 1, la villa con 2 camere da letto regala splendide viste panoramiche sull'oceano, sul campo da golf e sulla palude. La villa è stata completamente rinnovata nel maggio / 2017 ed è adatta ai bambini. Il resort si trova sulla spiaggia in una posizione centrale vicino alle piste ciclabili, ai migliori ristoranti, all'aeroporto e alle dune di Palmetto. Il resort comprende 2 piscine esterne e 01 interne, vasca idromassaggio, sauna, pista da corsa, palestra, 6 campi da tennis, terrazza solarium, bar e grill a bordo piscina, bar sulla spiaggia e area per grigliate familiari.

Great Location!

There was an issue when we arrived that was taken care of promptly by the owner. The location was a short walk to the beach and offered many amenities for our family. The unit provided plenty of space for my family of five. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were repaired during our stay. Great communication with the owner.

Loved the cozy property. Efficient for all your needs. Easy access and quick walk to the beach. Very close to shopping and eating. Property manager very responsive for all needs. Can’t wait to return

Great Villa Great Stay

This villa on Hilton Head Resort was great. It was a smooth check in. The villa was as described by the owner. The owner was easy to get a hold of and left contact information. The villa was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The ice machine in the freezer was a bonus.The view from the balcony was quiet and tranquil overlooking the pond with fountain and views of the golf course and marsh. This villa provides everything you need to go to the beach with a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and toys. We love the boardwalk to the beach...and the beach is the best beach with miles of walking and sometimes catching the dolphins playing in the waves!It rained for a couple days so we spent the days shopping at Tanger Outlets, exploring the Island, and utilizing the indoor space in Building 3 with the workout room, indoor pool and sauna. Thank you for a great holiday!

Great island stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Beach is a quick and easy walk and the villa balcony looks over a pond with water jets. There are 3 pools and everything you would need in the resort, but you're also close to restaurants and everything else. Host is very responsive! Thank you for a great stay!

Family Vacation

Great communication with owner! Place was clean. Pool, bar and restaurant was close to our room. Family loved access to beach on boardwalk whether on foot or by way of the golf shuttle that is provided.

Great stay

Loved our stay! The space was more than big enough for our family and we loved how many towels came with it. Huge bonus was the locker of beach equipment we could use - super helpful. Only con for us was that I relied on all the baby items being there that were pictured and the inventory wasn't the same, but it was no big deal. Owner was very communicative and helpful. We have already recommended it to others and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay at HH until Debby ruined things

Thiago is so very easy to work with. We loved this condo. The location is perfect as building 2 has the largest pool nearby. The complex itself is well kept. The condo was updated and very nice. Thiago mentioned he has a 2nd condo (in case you have a larger family that needs more room.) is this complex and based on this experience, we won’t hesitate to rent from Thiago again. Thanks very much .

Quick trip

We enjoyed our stay for two nights before checking into our house at Sea Pines. Owner super receptive to all questions. Condo was nice and met all our needs. Since it rained for our entire stay, we were very thankful to have space to hang out and watch movies. Kids enjoyed the inside space.

Best option in HHR

This condo has been renovated with great modern style and optimized functionality. Attractive furnishings, big new tv, quality upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. Easily accomodates 5 persons (although there are only 4 dining chairs). The owner allowed us to use of his beach cart to haul stuff across the boardwalk which is an added bonus. The best part is the view— relatively few condos in this complex have direct marsh and golf course views. This unit is elevated on the second floor and overlooks the fountain pond, marsh, and adjacent golf course. Within HHR, this is a top rental choice.

Needs improvement

There are so many suggestions for improvements. Upon us looking for a VRBO did this one ever say it was part of a resort. The resort property needs cleaning and updating. Doors, stairwells, elevators, windows, pool areas all need work. The door to our villa needs repairs, the windows and patio doors need to be replaced. You can’t open a window because the screen is shredded. There was now screen door on the patio door. I’m not sure who would be in charge of these issues. On the inside of our villa, the kitchen was dysfunctional- you can’t work at the sink and load the dishwasher, in order to open some drawers you had to have the cupboard open. The freezer seal needs to be replaced. Kitchen counter needs to be re-siliconed. I would suggest vacuuming the rug, it was dirty. Also, we did not have soap in the kitchen. We had to go buy some basic supplies. After I cleaned the kitchen I felt better about using it. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when we had issues with Wi-Fi. Overall, I would not stay there again.

This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt. Elevator near me broken.

Overall good experience

The condo is as pictured, nice modern updates compared to the resort - which is very dated. Host instructions were very clear and easy to check in. We had issues with the thermostat, not due to it being a Nest (I have one as well), as the WiFi connection had previously been switched to private and it needed to be updated to work. So upon entering the unit it was very humid and hot. It never cooled down below 76F, which made it a little uncomfortable at night since we are used to sleeping around 72F. Not sure if it was on a scheduled cooling, but the thermostat never began cooling on command. I do not recommend the bunk beds for young children. It is close to the ceiling fan and it made us nervous to let our kids sleep up there, so we ended up sharing the lower beds with them. Kitchen is well stocked and we absolutely loved that they provide all the beach toys the kids needed. The walk to the beach was pleasant but long, it’s worth it for the private beach area though. The resort offers a shuttle but we never used it - the staff was very nice. I like the resorts’ close location to grocery stores and restaurants. I am very impressed by the host’s quick response to resolve any issues we had.

Great Location

Stayed with my son for a golf weekend. Overall, we enjoyed the condo. A few minor things that should be repaired, window screen, freezer door seal, counter above the dishwasher... I would stay at Thiago's rental again.

Great location, but need TP

Great location, but they should have had extra toilet paper and trash bags. We had to buy both. Clean place overall. Beds were a little too soft.

Not quite right

The check in was difficult due to being given the wrong villa number. The wifi information does not work. Kitchen flooring needs replacing and new paint. Overall the room was very comfortable.

Labor Day Weekend

I have been staying at Hilton Head for Labor Day weekend for many years. We have stayed all over the island and I will say that this resort was by far my favorite. The resort overall is dated but it is made up for in the beach access and other amenities. The condo itself is as-described and the view is incredible. I am already trying to plan a return trip!
