Beautiful ocean and salt marsh view, property was clean, convenient to beach and other area attractions. Condo had everything we needed to cook, spend time together, and enjoy our fall break. Great option for a family vacation at the beach that is budget friendly. Host was very responsive.

Incredible location, view and communication with the owner! While traveling with a larger group a few of us decided to stay another night to avoid the storms coming through Georgia. The owner was readily accommodating. The place is nice and a great value. We’ll stay again if traveling with 4 or fewer people.

Incorrect door code was provided, which caused a bit of stress at checkin. Once we got in, everything was fine. There is a sort of a hole in the floor between the living room and the one bedroom/bathroom hallway. This hole should probably be fixed. Also, there is a leak, probably from the roof through the ceiling near the table and there is a stain on the ceiling and the floor from the leak. It did not actually leak while we were there, even though it did rain.Everything else worked fine and the unit is in good shape, with normal wear for a well used rental.

It was not what we were expecting. The properties grounds were not kept. Only one working elevator for four buildings. Unit itself needs TLC. Floor had a hole, couch busted, bunk bed broken and tub did not drain properly.

The check in process was easy. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit included all linens and toilet paper and paper towels. The beds are comfortable.

Beach is in the distance but still a great view. Make sure to stop at gate on your first time in. They jist waved us in and it was confusing. Balcony a little small but, it was still enjoyable. Boardwalk to the beach is very nice.

Used the property with my son to attend the RBC Golf classic. Great views from the balcony, easy access to the local beach bar and watched some great golf for my son's birthday.
