The host was nonexistent. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The hot tub was broken. The TV remote was broken The gate latch was broken. Verbo had to put me up in a hotel the first night because the host didn’t get in touch and when finally did didn’t have the correct lockbox numbers to get in.
