私たちが行う前に別荘をお楽しみください！ 新しくデザインされたプールとスパ。 新しいカーペット、家具、寝具、自転車、料理など 快適で快適なご滞在をお約束するため、豪華なトルコ式バスタオル、低刺激性からダウンまでのさまざまなタイプの枕、綿または竹のシーツ100％、夏用の羽毛掛け布団をすべてのベッドにご用意しています。 キッチンにはたくさんの料理や道具もあります。

家の前と後ろから水が見える！ 複数のパティオドアは、プール＆スパで南向きの露出が好まれているベランダ内の日陰の席に通じています。 イルカ、アカエイ（そしておそらくマナティーも！） 水中の魚のライトを使用して、ドックから運河で泳いだり、夜に魚を見たりできます！

オープンウォーターへの迅速なアクセスにより、家から1マイル以内にある4つ以上の異なるリソースからボートをレンタルし、世界最高の砲撃を目的としたキーウェイディン島への旅を楽しむことができます！ または、ボートで北に向かうナポリのティンシティへ、または南へグッドランドへ日帰り旅行でリラックスしたドックサイドダイニングをお楽しみください。 キーウエストエクスプレスと徒歩圏内にある複数のチャーターをチェックするか、象徴的なスヌークイン（1. 3mi）まで自転車に乗ってください。 さらに運動するには、素晴らしい遊び場、スプラッシュパッド、バスケットボールコートなど、新しく改装されたマックルパーク（2.5マイル）に自転車で移動します。

We are in a peaceful neighborhood. Please no excessive noise. Our pool is serviced weekly, do not add any chemicals. Relax, let the pros do it!
The boat lift is not available for use. Rental boats may be tied to the dock. Please pull ladder up out of water when not in use.
Available propane not guaranteed. Upon leaving, dishes must be clean, garbage taken to outside receptacles & only 2 loads of laundry left to clean.

This home had everything we could’ve hoped for—and then some! We swam in the pool multiple times a day and slept so comfortably in the cozy beds. Anytime we had a question, the owner responded quickly and helpfully. We’re already talking about coming back next summer, maybe for an even longer stay!

Quick escape to sun and relaxarion

We enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of sun on pool patio area, and all the sun you could want on the dock. Bikes were great! Nice area and neighbors. Dock construction on the other side of canal was briefly noisy but did not impact us. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had an awesome stay in this beautiful home, very spacious and convenient location to super market, to the marina etc….. owner are also very responsive to any questions you might have. We will definitely want to stay here again next time!

Excellent location - great Marco Island option.

Loved the property and location. Very relaxing sitting by the canal (saw a couple dolphins and jelly fish). Located within easy walking distance to coffee shop, tiki bar, etc. Property was everything the pictures indicate -- great pool too.

Amazing property in Marco!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at this house. It was laid out so well for a family, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our kids, and the view of the canal is beautiful! We would love to come back and stay again ASAP!

Great House & Location

We all enjoyed our stay at his home- it was very clean, came equipped with many basic necessities, and the pool area was a perfect retreat. This property is within walking distance to the Dolphin Tiki Bar, which was a great spot for cocktails. Would absolutely book again!

This is no “Rental”!

This property is home away from home! We enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and all the extras (bikes, sand toys, wagon, beach chairs, pool toys). The pool and spa were wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our meals; enjoying our family!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! House was great! Location is close to everything but located in a very quiet area. We enjoyed just hanging out at the pool just as much as we did going on our family adventures. This was our first time on Marco Island and will plan to visit again one day!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved everything about our stay at this property! The property was super clean, nicely decorated, had everything needed to make it feel like home, and the floor plan was perfect for our family. The pool and spa were gorgeous. It is perfectly positioned to give you sun all day. The location is awesome as well. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful home and area!

We had a wonderful vacation staying here! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and furnished with all the little things we needed like pool toys, books, games, bikes, baby gear and essentials like tp, soap and dish soap. Great location close to a marina and within walking distance to stores, restaurants and Starbucks!

Hello,
We purchased our future retirement home after visiting Marco Island for several years. We really weren't interested in trying another location; Marco Island felt like home from the start. It has a genuine friendliness to it which is not surprising since many residents have migrated from other locations. Unfortunately, we have a few years of work ahead of us so for now we are sharing this little piece of paradise with you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this house after watching the listings for several years. It has the desirable southern exposure to protect against those sometimes (chilly?) northerly winds in winter. It is close to open water yet protected from large waves and is just the right size for ourselves and a few guests. The homes also seem to have more green space arount them than in other neighborhoods on the island. It also has that "Florida" look to it with the tiled roof, and many palm trees. We can't wait to spend more time here!

Great floor plan with beautiful tile floors, high ceilings and large patio doors. Large dock and lanai. Beautiful landscaping.
