Booking now for your perfect beach retreat in 2026. Welcome to our cozy beach side retreat in the charming community of Crescent Beach ! Just a short walk to the pristine shores, this delightful patio home offers the ultimate coastal retreat for rest and relaxation. We have a lock box for contact free check in and check in at your leisure. Safe quiet private neighborhood. Don't hesitate and be stuck in a second rate beach house. No elevators, no waiting in line, no noise, no waiting for a key, check in and check out at your convenience, easy access to our home and to the beach. Everyone needs a great getaway and this one just happens to be very affordable and a street off the beach. This will be your home away from home and only 100 feet to the beach. Enjoy the old fashioned feel with Mr. Gs ice cream shop and a beach shop and convenience store a couple hundred feet from the house. Our cozy beach house offers a first floor master bedroom with flat screen Roku Tv and a private entrance to first floor full bathroom. You don't have to share your kids bedtime in this three bedroom cottage. Upstairs our loft bedroom with twin beds will delight the children. Also on the second floor is a third bedroom with queen bed. Our patio offers a private setting with gas grill and dining table. Enjoy burgers and hot dogs on the grill after a fun filled day at the beach which offers banana boat rides and parasailing. Indulge in a glass of wine or a beer in the evening on the private patio under the gorgeous Southern star filled nights. No looking for a parking space after a night out to dinner or exploring Barefoot Landing as there are two reserved parking spaces only feet from our beach house . Our beach house will be your home away from home for a relaxing vacation. If you are planning on bringing a pet , please check the pet box and I need a brief description of your pet.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Wash and return all dishes, glasses and cooking items to their original place.
Leave used beds turned down
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Empty fridge of all food. Remove all trash from house. Clean and return dishes to cabinets. Golf carts are allowed but must be gas.
Fee of $50 per hour for self checking early without prior approval.
Put all used towels in bath tubs. Leave sheets on turned down beds. Turn off all lights and return keys to lockbox.

This was the perfect place for our family. It is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at, and we travel to North Myrtle Beach often. It was in a peaceful area, and even the neighbors were so kind! Very clean and just as shown in the pictures. Can’t wait to return again next year.

Healing getaway

Our hosts, Ken and Lin were very accommodating and hospitable. There was a water issue discovered upon our arrival and they were quick to resolve it by moving us to another rental. Thankfully it was available however I think they would’ve done what was necessary to insure our visit was successful

We really enjoyed North Myrtle Beach

Everything was perfect for the beach. A short walk to the beach and plenty to do in walking distance. The neighbors were quiet and made it very relaxing with no problem sleeping in.

Great Location / Great house

The proximity to the beach, while known ahead of time, was fantastic. Close to Rt17, but far enough away tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood which was great for bike rides. The inside of the house was perfect for a get-a-way to the beach, I would recommend this location and host to others

Quiet and friendly neighborhood close to beach access that is perfect for mature adults. The kitchen is equipped and the necessary gadgets are provided. It was especially nice to have an outdoor patio table for breakfast!

We are avid golfers and beach people. We love that the water is so warm in SC and the beaches have powdery sand. We have played many of the courses in the area and plan to try them all. We enjoy seafood and the area offers plenty of great local seafood.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this beach house for our personal use due to the proximity to the beach. We loved the quiet, safe location. Close to all the attractions yet far enough away to have peace and quiet in the evening. Our first visit to North Myrtle convinced us this was where we wanted to vacation.

What makes this property unique

This house offered the privacy and peace and quiet we were looking for. No condo noise, no searching for a parking spot, no one walking above us or playing a TV and disturbing us. The patio is private and we enjoy sitting out there in the evening. The bike path is easily accessible and goes for miles.
