Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home is a new 3,000 sq ft. 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath beauty! There is a gorgeous outdoor covered deck with heater, hot tub, outdoor seating and BBQ. We are less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk to downtown Seaside and/or the Seaside Outlet Mall. We have 2 fireplaces, one on the main floor and the other in the downstairs living area. Pool table, arcade video game and 4 bikes to use are all located in the garage/living space. A custom bar made from coastal pilings downstairs adds to a great entertainment space for hanging out with friends and family. We also have a nice cozy quiet sitting/reading area upstairs if you just need a little time to yourself. Come enjoy our beautiful Gulls Nest!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do have neighbors so please keep noise to a minimum outdoors particularly after 10:00pm.

Everything about this house is perfect! Location is perfect! Walking distance from everything. The house size was perfect for my family. It slept 10 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, ect. The hot tub was nice and clean. We all enjoyed the pool table and Mrs. Pacman game.
