Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Step outside onto your private front porch or utilize the outdoor shower and storage area for your beach gear. Included are 8 beach tags and 8 beach chairs for your convenience. Free street parking is available, and the in-unit washer and dryer are at your disposal. Please note, the driveway is shared and is for quick loading/unloading only.

QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Stay was good, but quite a distance from the beach for the price. Rental company was a joy to work with, VRBO made things a bit of a hassle for themTHE DRIVEWAY SHOWN DOES NOT INDICATE PARKING! STREET PARKING ONLY!! This was a surprise to me before we departed and the area can get very busy on weekends.
