Updated two-bedroom, two bathroom half duplex on 11th street. Excellent location towards the end of the canal, yielding instant access to Vaca Cut and the Open Atlantic, 37 ft of deep water dockage on an extra-wide canal is perfect for fishermen and families alike! Enter through the street-side screened-in porch with airy sitting area and washer/dryer, into the nicely updated open concept eat-in kitchen and living area. Beautiful granite counter-tops throughout the well-equipped kitchen, 2 2-person eat-in granite islands. Large flat screen TV and comfortable seating overlook the tiki hut and inviting pool. One bedroom is streetside, offering a large flat screen TV and a King bed; this is en suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a King bed and pool and canal views! A large full bathroom in the hallway is easily accessible for guests!

This home comes with the Cabana Club membership! The private pool and tiki hut are most inviting! Pool heat is optional and an additional $150/wk

The other side of this unit is available if there is a need for more sleeping accommodations.
