Unit needs renovation, towel rod broken off laying on the floor, front door needs painting ,electrical outlets worked sometimes not all the time. Unit has the bare minimum of supplies. The resort itself is great. Great location, fantastic view, huge private balcony.

Overall a great place to stay. Condo was clean, great views, and great for a family of 3-4. Definitely bummed we had 3 days of double red flag and wasn’t able to get in the ocean.Only cons would be it needs a single coffee maker, bigger tv in bedroom and maybe change out the closet to a bunk bed for kids. Over all I would recommend staying here.

Great property! Had everything we needed. amazing view from the balcony! The only con we had was the cleaning people weren’t done at 4:00 (check in time) and we had to wait until 4:30.Would stay here again

Mattress

The mattress is extremely soft. It needs to be updated. There was a towel bar missing in the bathroom, that would be helpful to have hung back up.

Great place

This was a great property. We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and mostly updated. Great view to the beach. 2 pools. We will return. Note that the bathroom only had a a very large tub with the shower in the tub. It is a little hard to climb in to take a shower. No handle bars to hold onto. Other than that we had a great time and cant wait to return.

The balcony was amazing great views of the beach especially if you enjoy constant construction noises saws, grinders, and the beeping of heavy equipment. The property management firm that rented out thd condo constantly said that they didn't know about the construction on the entire property. But after speaking with someone from the HOA of the community turns out everyone knew about this a year out. The board sent out written notices to everyone who owned a condo or condos there.

This was our fourth year staying at Long Beach Resort and our first time in this unit. Pros- Beautiful beach and the view from balcony is amazing. Cons- The bed is very uncomfortable and Communication and lack of concern with the host was very disappointing. The TV lost connection the third day in and was never fixed before we left so we had no tv for four days. Construction is going on for outside building work. Lots of noise and the grounds are all tore up. Only one pool and hot tub opened for all four towers. Many inconveniences due to construction. Would come back to Long Beach Resort after construction is done just not this particular unit.

Love this condo! We arrived after a long 8 hour drive and were concerned that there would not be adequate parking during the holiday week. The guarded gate entrance was a plus and the entire week we were there, we never had any issue with finding a parking place close to the entry. When we arrived to our unit, it was clean and there were even special folded towels on the bed and in the bathroom along with a few bathroom items (shampoo/soap/etc) The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay and all appliances we used worked just fine. The balcony is a fantastic space in this unit - direct view to the ocean and plenty of room for us. Loved having the chaise lounger as well as the table and chairs. In other codos where we have stayed, the balcony chairs are sometimes not that comfy but these were GREAT.We only went to one of the pools but it was nice and clean and we enjoyed the added benefit of having the grill right there. The staff were very nice and smiling even though they were very busy. I had the shrimp and onion rings every time and it was so good. The location of the property was nice too. We were close enough to walk to Waffle House, Pineapple Willy's and across the street is a huge Surf & Style.We would absolutely stay in this unit again.
