The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you have changed the thermostat settings, please reset them back to 78 for air conditioning, and 70 for heat. pool has been turned off. laundry room door going out to the garage is left unlocked
Only the appropriate lock is locked for the slop sink is in the garage out to the fenced in area the bathroom door has the appropriate lock locked only going out to the lanai and pool area
Please make sure that the key has been deposited back into the lock box at the front of the door and the door is locked Sliding doors going out to Lanai should all be locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
