El precio de alquiler semanal INCLUYE: Barco SeaFox de doble consola de 21 'con motor fuera de borda de 150HP y bimini top.

Canal de fácil acceso a solo minutos del Golfo de México, Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers y muchas hermosas playas y restaurantes.

Fantástico canal frente al mar. ¡Disfruta de la pesca, observando a delfines nadar ocasionalmente o un cóctel desde tu muelle! El canal es más ancho y se alimenta a otros canales y a un lago, lo que lo hace interesante para observar personas / botes. El muelle también tiene una mesa con asientos.

Our family had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The house was perfect for our needs. It was one of the most well equipped houses we've ever stayed in. The owner was very responsive and her local support team was great in making sure the stay was wonderful. As an avid boater, the included boat was a huge selling point and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed boating and fishing the area waters all week. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great Stay

The house was clean and check in was simple. The boat orientation was great even for experienced boat owners. We fished all but one day(due to weather) using the boat and never had an issue. The bait shop, Crazy Lure was about 10 minutes away. The only wish is that the dock had green lights for fishing at night. The pool and grill were nice and easy to operate. I also liked how easy it was to connect to the main TV using my YouTube TV account. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway

This house was an absolute amazing experience. Everything was so clean and in such good condition. The boat was incredible and we caught so many fish during our stay. My son is already begging me to rebook for next year. We will definitely be back!!

Jewel of the Cape was Great!

Everything was great! The house was very clean and nice. Tim gave us a great tutorial on the boat and boat lift. Having a boat was like icing on the cake. The house location was great with the grocery store 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we had some cooler days so when we couldn’t boat, we could float in the pool. The pool was wonderful and warm. Overall a great time at the Cape!

We loved everything about our 2 week stay. Most of the time it was just "us" but we had visitors from family in Venice and our kids and grandkids from CO. The boat and pool were highlights! Most of our time we spent in the lanai. The location was convenient to store and restaurants. We hope to return again! Pam and Tim were wonderful.

Great location, great boat, great vacation!

This property has all you need for a fun stay on and off the water. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and everything is in great shape. Convenient location and a nice neighborhood for walking and biking. The highlight of the trip was access to the boat, which was perfect for fishing and sightseeing around the area. The boat checkin/out process was a breeze. Crazy Lure bait shop was great for bait and fishing tips and don't miss out on lunch or dinner at Lobster Lady just up the street.

Awesome house!

We had a wonderful week in this house! The management was amazing and very informative regarding use of the boat and information about the area and canals. The house was nicely stocked very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Great place!

The house was as advertised. Very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and in great shape as well. Some houses I've stayed in the knives were very dull and frying pans were not usable. The boat was awesome to go fishing and site seeing within just a short distance. Pam and her husband give you a thorough orientation of the boat that covers any questions you may have as well as offer some suggestions on where to fish and best places to eat. They were so nice and friendly. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this house and boat.

Honeymoon

Our honeymoon stay was fabulous. The home was perfectly equipped to meet our every need. Our days were spent island hopping and our nights grilling and relaxing in the pool. Our host were responsive, kind, and accommodating. A must stay for anyone wanting to thoroughly enjoy a gulf coast vacation.

Great home !

This home is one of the best equipped and cleanest homes I have stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds were great. Sheets were great. Felt very safe in neighborhood. Met Tim and his wife Pam and had a lovely visit. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much! Oh forgot to mention that they left us the cutest welcome basket!!❤️❤️
