This was our first Vrbo experience and the house couldn't have been nicer. I was worried that it would not be clean if it was pet-friendly, but it was quite clean. We walked in, in the middle of the night, and grabbed the first king bed we saw, but daylight revealed another with even better accommodations upstairs. I loved the local art throughout the house and the tasteful arrangement of furniture and amenities. The host was easy to contact and work with.We enjoyed returning to our home-away-from-home, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, during the 30 hours of our stay. And we would have loved to have stayed longer...the place was stocked with so many little extras for emergencies we never had, and opportunities to relax and enjoy New Mexico--local maps and magazines. We played part of a game of Scrabble before we had to leave. If you visit at the end of the week, do drive over to Bike In Coffee, less than 10 minutes away, for a delightful experience and good food.

A Perfect Stay!

We had a fantastic time at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We had four adults (two couples) that stayed four nights at Jon’s home, and it was exactly as pictured online. Jon was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions we had. We were also pleasantly surprised with the basket of snacks and bottled water in the refrigerator that was waiting for us. The bathroom on the first floor is small, but since we just had one couple sleeping downstairs and using that bathroom, it wasn’t an issue but could be more difficult if you had two couples using the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub on the back patio was enjoyable after a day of sightseeing.The house is in an older area of town, but we felt safe the whole time we were staying there and had no issues. This location is close to the ABQ BioParks and Old Town, as well as having easy access to the downtown and highway to get to all the other tourist sites.

This was a one night stay for us while passing through Albuquerque. Driving across America, the hot tub is what grabbed our attention and was just what we needed. The house was clean, furnishing’s nice, decor lovely, and communication was great with the host. This house is in a cul-de-sac so it was perfect for our large moving truck. ( this is not the hosts fault by any means, but there was a dog across the street that barked all night long) so the earplugs that were provided were appreciated. Overall this was a nice place to stay.
