Delightful 2-bedroom Cottage in Hot Springs

Our Cottage is in the city limits of Hot Springs and 1 mile to the main part of town. It is perched on a bluff overlooking the French Broad River Valley. The interior furnishings are cozy and comfortable with central HVAC and a gas fireplace with a remote. Large spa/hot tub, come soak under the stars! 3 1/2 miles down River Rd. is National Forest land with a park on the French Broad with 2 fishing piers, pic-nic and grilling area and pavilion. Our home is well stocked for your comfort with comfortable beds, nice linens, TV, Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, charcoal grill, and a lovely porch to sit and take in the view. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit. It's located in a perfect spot that close to the center of Hot Springs, but far enough away to enjoy getting back to nature.
Inquire about our pet rules if you plan to bring a pet. Please no super shedding dogs such as Huskies and German Shepherds.

The house was perfect for the two of us and our dog. We enjoyed spending the morning and evening out on the porch. The location was easy and well located. Holly was communicative and thorough in all communications. It was exactly as we hoped it would be!

The location is great. Not really walkable to town in my opinion. Road is a little sketchy for pedestrians. That wasn't a problem for us. The view from the front porch is absolutely amazing. Water pressure was good. Beds were super comfy. Very cute. Would absolutely stay again if we're in the area.

Had an amazing time and experience! The town of Hot Springs was very fun and gave the “small town vibe”. The House was very cozy and loved having a grill to cook on, along with the hot tub to relax in. I definitely would recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat!

Great spot to chill and close to everything

Perfect size for 2-4 people, with everything you might need. The outdoor hot tub is a nice feature. Love how close it is to everything in Hot Springs. I loved the view from the front porch.
