New property was in a great location for our needs( near the courthouses)It is a cute one bedroom. Bed facing tv on the wall, microwave , sink and mini- fridge all one room. Nice bathroom with large closet attached. We did buy toilet paper and could have requested it but not a big deal. Owner came and unlocked door when we locked ourselves out. Great guy!! Will stay again,

This was the perfect spot for our mini vacation here in San Antonio. The room was very clean and exactly as advertised. Parking was free and great. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only a short drive to the Riverwalk. Several places to eat nearby.

I would suggest a chair and maybe a folding table. There wasn’t anywhere to sit other than the bed. Over all nice place to stay and close to the riverwalk.

Wonderful spot in San Antonio! You have about a 20-minute walk to Riverwalk, and you're VERY close (probably about a half mile) to a WONDERFUL BBQ place: Reese Bros BBQ. The location also allowed us to walk to nearby coffee places and explore some quieter parts of San Antonio. The place itself was super clean, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and 2 glasses upon arrival. It's so super quaint and intimate - perfect for a couple who are obsessed with one another. We were also provided with robes and slippers, which made for comfortable lounging after busy days. 10/10! Thank you for everything!

I stayed at this property for two nights with a friend and we enjoyed our stay. It is close to the Alamodome, River Walk and the historic Market Square. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is quiet. The property is near the freeway, so you will hear some emergency vehicles, as well as a train. It didn't bother us, but others may not care for it. The price was great, especially for a short stay.

Loved my stay here! Dave was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The only negative thing I would say is that there is a train nearby so maybe bring white noise if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone!
