This condo offers an ideal and spacious floor plan for families or friends traveling together. The stone faced gas fireplace compliments the lodge feel and mountain views. The living area amenities include cable, flat screen TV, and sleeper sofa that works great for children (up to the age of 12). There is an entry deck and separate balcony off of the living area, perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon visit with friends and family.
The kitchen has been furnished with full size appliances and granite counter tops. Cookware and place settings are provided to accomodate up to 6 guests.

Winter Holidays are subject to Shoulder Season pricing. Upon written cancellation six months ahead of arrival, the initial payment will be refunded, minus a $50 processing fee. If written cancellation is received within six months, the initial payment is forefeited unless the condo can be rebooked, minus the $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days will not be refunded.
We require a 50% prepayment and signed rental agreement to confirm a reservation. The remaining 50% and refundable damage deposit is due one week prior to arrival.
