This house is so charming and clean. The host thought of everything that may be needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was close to so many things to do but yet a little oasis away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

This was the perfect property for my son and I to stay while getting him moved into his apartment to start his college career at UCCS. The location was perfect and close to campus and all of the excursions we did. Garden of the Gods, ebike vendor was 2 minutes away, Cog Train to Pikes Peak, Seven falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the Broadmoor.The amenities Jennifer provides are top notch, all of the spaces were cozy, comfortable and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the albums and rooftop space.Jennifer checked on us when there was a storm and made sure we had everything we needed. I have recommended this place already to friends who may be in the area.

This home is perfectly located within short driving distance of so many wonderful local attractions, and walking distance from old Colorado city. The king bed master suite is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the games and record player all make this such an easy place to come back to each day. The hosts were SO gracious and provided so many food items already stocked. If you book this definitely check in before a grocery trip because you may find many of your usual weekly needs already provided. Thank you so much Jennifer!

Beautiful home in a perfect location for our family adventures around the area. This home had everything us grown ups wanted and appreciated and even areas/things for our kiddos. Loved the layout and decor. Rooftop area was perfect for dinners and hanging out, as we were able to see Pikes Peak. There was enough bathrooms and sleeping areas for our family to have space when needed as well ( 2 adults and 3 kids). Jennifer made check in a breeze and was available to answer any questions about the home and things to do in the area. Our kids loved the place so much they didn’t want to leave.

Really enjoyed looking out at Pikes Peak every day. This is an amazing place - shhh, we want to come back. Would only add 2 things - black out window covers in the primary; and a good size cookie sheet for baking. So minor - the rest of everything was amazing.

I rented this house with the intention of flying to Colorado and enjoying a staycation with my mother, who lives in the Springs. Unfortunately, illness kept me from making the trip. I encouraged my mother to enjoy the stay with her best friend instead, and I’m so glad I did. They absolutely loved the serenity of the home and its charming furnishings and décor and cleanliness.What they appreciated most was the thoughtful layout — having two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor made their stay especially comfortable and convenient.To top it all off, Jennifer was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to help my mother and her friend settle in, even assisting them with ordering food delivery. Her kindness and hospitality made the experience even more special .

We purchased this amazing property from a dear friend and have really enjoyed hosting as a short term rental. I love to make things nice for guests and the home loves hosting families and get togethers. It's a perfect space for coming together.

Why they chose this property

We have lived in Pleasant Valley for almost 20 years, and were lucky enough to purchase this home that is across the street from where we live! This neighborhood is one of the most sought after areas of town, and it really is quite Pleasant.

What makes this property unique

The home boasts a rooftop deck with epic view of Pikes Peak! It's quite spacious and features a full/ gourmet kitchen. I've curated my favorite art and decor from our travels and from local artists.
