Our stay at the townhouse was fantastic! The home is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and everyone, especially the kids, loved the game room. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the beaches and close to several grocery stores, which made everything extremely convenient. We had a wonderful vacation and would gladly stay here again.

This place was amazing! We vacation as a family of 10-15 to Florida every year. This house was on the top of our list for so many reasons. House layout is perfect for many people. Lots of room to spread out. House is at end of the road so it’s private. Kids loved the game room. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. We all voted that it was the best pool and hot tub we ever had. So warm that everyone was in the pool a lot! Awesome to have beach chairs to take to the beach. The beach was a 1/2 mile away. House was clean and had everything we needed. There were several stores very close by, including Walmart, Publix and Aldi’s. Lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Homeowner very accessible and quick to respond. He even allowed us a late check out so we didn’t have to find something to do between check out and our flight. That absolutely made our day! I think the kids summed this place up the best, 10 out of 10 all around! Thank you!

Unreal Stay—Exceeded All ExpectationsFrom the moment we arrived, this place felt like a resort-level escape with all the comforts of a true home-away-from-home. The host went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure every detail was perfect, and it showed in every thoughtful touch throughout the property. The layout offered everyone their own privacy and the gathering rooms brought us all together for conversation and board games. The kitchen was FULLY appointed and we lacked NOTHING. It overlooked the family room so we could all be together while prepping meals.The bedrooms had hotel quality linens and towels and the beds were soooo comfortable. The game room was amazing! Pool, darts, arcade games, card table, foosball and more.The location is unbeatable. We were at the end of the street in this cozy, hidden away community, yet we were walking distance to the beach, dining, shopping and entertainment. We had no problem getting fast grocery and restaurant delivery. The neighborhood felt safe, friendly, and impeccably maintained.We enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in between lawn game tournaments. It was perfectly cozy for ending our nights with chats, s’mores, and lots of laughter. The private heated pool and spa were a game-changer for relaxing at the end of the day.The host’s communication was exceptional—clear instructions, and a personal touch that made us feel truly welcomed. Would we return? In a heartbeat!

I'm originally from the Outer Banks of NC but since 1992 I have been in the Melbourne Beach Area. I like to be a host which means you will most likely be overwhelmed at the extra detail for guests.

Why they chose this property

This home is located in an incredibly convenient neighborhood close to dining, shopping, groceries, and everyday amenities. There are five restaurants within walking distance, with Publix, Walmart, Starbucks, a pharmacy, and additional shopping all located within approximately six blocks.

The beach is also nearby, though many guests prefer the quick drive for the convenience of parking and full beach amenities. Howard E. Futch Memorial Park at Paradise Beach is only about a 4-minute drive away and is one of the area’s best beach parks, offering great parking, sand volleyball, a playground, showers, bathrooms, nearby restaurants, and easy beach access.

What makes this property unique

This spacious 3,770-square-foot retreat offers far more than a typical vacation rental. Completely remodeled in 2024, the home features updated bathrooms, a modern kitchen, new flooring, and thoughtfully designed spaces perfect for large families, multi-generational gatherings, and group vacations.

With five bedrooms and multiple primary suites, the sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and privacy. The first floor features a large king primary suite, while the second floor offers two additional oversized king primary suites. There are also two queen bedrooms and a queen bunk room, providing flexible accommodations for a variety of group sizes.

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped to host everything from everyday meals to a 12-person Thanksgiving feast. Guests will find serving platters, specialty utensils, spices, dishes, and two complete sets of induction-ready Cuisinart cookware. You will also find a grill outside.

Entertainment options are everywhere. The game room includes a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, poker table, two retro arcade machines, and an 86-inch TV. Two oversized living rooms each feature their own 86-inch television, while every bedroom includes a large TV. Three Bluetooth speakers are also available throughout the home.

Outside, enjoy your own private pool and hot tub, available exclusively for your group. The outdoor area features ample seating for more than 20 guests, a fire pit, cornhole, giant Connect Four, a grill, and comfortable AstroTurf lounging areas. Two private bedroom balconies provide additional outdoor spaces to relax and gather.

Additional conveniences include luxury bed linens, lightweight comforters, pool towels, beach chairs, pool toys, three washer and dryer sets, and dual-zone air conditioning with separate thermostats for each floor.
