Welcome to this enchanting house in Point Pleasant Beach. This beautiful property features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a cozy bunk bed. With 3 bathrooms including a bathtub and outdoor shower, guests will have all the comforts of home. An additional living room space with a futon provides extra relaxation space. Experience what Point Pleasant Beach has to offer with a stay at our charming house.

Welcome! We're so glad to host you. To help everyone have a great stay, please keep the following in mind:

No parties or events – We love a good time too, but this home is meant for relaxing, not celebrating. Thanks for understanding!
Pre approval for any guests beyond those listed in the reservation- please reach out!
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM – Please keep things peaceful outdoors during this time out of respect for our wonderful neighbors.
No smoking inside the house – Feel free to step outside if needed, but we ask that you keep the interior smoke-free.
No pets – As much as we adore furry friends, we aren’t able to accommodate them here.
Beach pass – Please take care of it! A $100 fee applies per pass if it’s lost or not returned.
Be kind to our neighbors – This is a peaceful community, and your courtesy helps keep it that way.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and please run it before you leave. Please make sure that the pool cover is on before you leave. Please don’t forget to leave the beach passes!
Please strip the beds and take all of your dirty linens and towels and place them in the hampers in the laundry room (the green bathroom).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quaint, and quiet! Our neighbors are lovely, warm and receptive. The beach is only a 2 block walk away, the train is only a 10 min walk away (Bay head). Off street parking is available. This location makes it ideal for folks coming from NYC or other parts of NJ.
