We’re very sorry we were unable to host this guest due to an unexpected plumbing issue that arose shortly before their arrival. As soon as we became aware of the problem, we promptly informed the guest, blocked the calendar for repairs, and issued a full refund. While we understand the disappointment of a canceled stay, we hope future guests recognize that this one-star review reflects a rare and unfortunate situation—not the quality of our property or the hospitality we provide. The issue has since been fully resolved, and we’ve continued hosting relaxing, five-star stays. You can view additional feedback across our other listings as well. We care deeply about our guests’ experiences and take pride in transparent communication and responsible hosting. We’d love to welcome you in the future if your travels bring you back to the area.
