Stay comfortable year-round with heating, air conditioning (in loft area & floor fan downstairs, for breeze can open both patios for flow) and an air purifier for cleaner, fresher air. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the Condo requires climbing 3-flights of stairs, as there is no elevator. However, a cart is available to assist guests with carrying items upstairs.
There will be a parking spot available with a garage door opener. No vehicles larger than a Full-size standard SUV (~200-inches) allowed as it's quite tight parking spots. Please let me know what type of vehicle you will be driving.
I can assist with finding a parking spot if needed for your stay. Please let me know.
Pets may be permitted with prior approval.
