The views from this house are stunning, the water with beach type walkout is literally steps away from the walking out the back door. The house is so comfortable and cozy, it was perfect!!! It’s unbelievable how much room everyone has to stretch out, take a few moments away, or gather all together - all are possible in this house. The road to the house is secluded and private so no one is wandering around the property, but the rail trail is just a very short walk out the front if you want to go on a nature walk…it’s so perfect!!! We will definitely be back next year!!

We stayed there this past weekend, and it was an amazing house, beautiful property, and the owner Michael was very kind and helpful with all of our requests. Would recommend!!

It was wonderful staying in this house. The lake covered in snow made for a beautiful view from the dining room. The home had all the amenities our large family needed. Michael was very helpful and provided clear, detailed check-in and check-out instructions, and the house manual was especially useful. Everyone in our family enjoyed the stay and we’ve already decided to return in the summer.

This property is really well located. The house and yard feel very private, and there is sun on the dock from morning to evening! It's on a quieter part of the lake, and we were able swim right off the dock, sun bathe on the dock, and also kayak along the lake (2 kayaks are available, 1 double and 1 single) and also kayak to the Bait and Hook restaurant! The Northern Rail trail is easily accessible and we could walk or bike or run to cute Lebanon and also Enfield. About 10 min walk down the trail there is a rope swing which the teenagers loved!The beds were a great sleep, very comfortable and seemed new. The house provided everything we needed -- lots of beach towels, party platters, cooler, big table for eating indoors and several tables for eating outdoors. Even though the outdoor temps were in the high 80s, the first floor of the house stays quite cool -- and the upstairs has many windows and fans that can be utilized for cross breezes. We found no need for A/C. Loved having washer/dryer. Very well-stocked kitchen in terms of dishes, cutlery, etc. We did not have young kids with us this time but it's a kid-friendly house with lots of kids books and toys and even toddler-proofed stove.Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful lake house which was just right for an extended family gathering for Dartmouth graduation. It can be warm in the middle of a heatwave, but there were plenty of fans and the breeze off the lake and cooler night temps helped a lot. The windows have screens to keep the air moving. The host was communicative, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. There were some bugs, but living so deep in nature this is to be expected. We enjoyed the wildlife, access to the rail trail as well as the convenience store on the corner. I would stay there again. Having a deck of cards and family games as well as a large table overlooking the lake was wonderful as was the oversized TV for World Cup soccer matches. There is something for everyone at this house and plenty of clean and comfortable beds.
