GREAT location as it's in the middle of central LA so you have easy access to all parts of LA such as Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, LAX, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, West Hollywood.

In Mar Vista which is a calm family-oriented neighborhood with walkable, tree-lined streets. Great if you have a dog - there is also a beautiful park with a playground & dog park within 10 minutes of walking!

✹ GENERAL: This is your very own private space and you will have total privacy. There are no common areas to share. Please note that this is a guesthouse, which is completely separate from the main house and will not interfere with your stay. Entrance from alley.

✹ FREE PARKING: Public parking on nearby streets is free and availability is high. Not at the front of the property. Need to walk a bit

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home, plus a workspace located in the suite.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.

✹ The home is located on a quiet, calm street in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood. From here you can walk to a park with a large playground and dog park in around 5-10 minutes. The home itself is fenced, gated, and surrounded by a well-maintained yard.
