About this property
Studio next to the Beach
The house has been in my family for years and we have lovingly designed it to offer a truly unique accommodation experience. It is bright, spacious and ideal for relaxation. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and 30 meters from a supermarket, pharmacy, café, and organic shop! The Acropolis is only 30 minutes away. The airport is 20-25 km from Vouliagmeni.It has a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, we provide a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Plus, in case you forget something, we've taken care of disposable toothbrushes, slippers, ear buds, and towels. You will also find a microwave.
It is ideally located next to cafes, supermarkets, bus stop and just a few minutes from the beach. Ideal for daily direct access to all your needs, offering the ideal base to enjoy the area. The famous Astir Beach is about 5 minutes away. The famous thermal lake of Vouliagmeni is 5 minutes away.
