It's located in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood near downtown St Pete and is only 3 blocks from the beautiful waterfront Puryear Park! Indoor laundry room with washer and dryer - free. Large fenced back yard with huge covered patio. Pet friendly!

Cute house in quiet neighborhood

Working with Kelly was a breeze, the house was spotless and were close to everything. The neighbors we encountered were friendly. We appreciated the hospitality. And the price for what we got was awesome! I'm very pleased. The only negative- the toilet in the hallway had a messed up handle, my husband had to mess with it a couple of times to fix. But those things happen.

Great place and nice location

The house was nice and clean. Everything we needed was in the house. The size of the house was perfect for outlet big family. We did put up all the glass ware to keep out of reach of the babies. Also, there was only 1 glass door on the master shower so we were not sure if that was how it was meant to be or if the other door was missing. We did a lot of things in the surrounding area and travelled to Tampa also. Kelly was super nice and kept us informed and communicated with us through out our stay. She even gave us some rocks to hide for the local rock group. Loved our vacation this year!! Thank you so much.

That shower door shattered into a million pieces about 4 days before you arrive - I had meant to specifically tell you about it and I must have just completely forgot when you were checking in, sorry!!
