This terrific second floor apartment features a newly renovated full sized kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. The apartment also has a cozy den with a comfy love seat and chair perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Roku streaming TV with Spectrum Cable. Newly renovated bathroom with shower and tub. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, Cable TV, AC, and a hair dryer. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Guests of the apartment also enjoy FREE off street parking in our private lot. For our baseball families- The apartment is located 5 miles from Dreamspark about a 6-7 minute drive.

Thank you for staying with us. We are very sorry that you felt our mattress was too firm. You are the first to have a complaint about it. It is a very well know brand by Beautyrest. Dont feel we deserve a 8 out of 10 just because you felt the mattress was firm? Seriously? Thanks again!

Great experience staying in this perfect little apartment right in the heart of Cooperstown. Perfect communication, clean, full kitchen with everything you need. We even locked ourselves out and Angie responded within 2 minutes. I would absolutely stay here again. The only critique we had was that it got really bright in the morning very early. Bring an eye mask unless you're an early riser. We'll be back. Thank you Angie!

This property was perfect for our trip. Very homey feel with everything you need for a long or short stay. Perfect location to access everything that Cooperstown has to offer. CJ & Angie were AWESOME as well. Thanks guys!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown very much. The place was located in a prime area. However, if loud, drunk people would bother you at night this is not the place for you. Luckily, my husband is hard of hearing and I actually enjoy going to sleep to the sounds of people having fun! Also, the parking was tight the first night but CJ came to my rescue!

It was a very sweet apartment and we were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. I was slightly taken aback by the entrance. A long flight of stairs, and that's okay, but lots of debris around. Check-in was easy and the owner provided answers to any questions I might have had. I would stay there again. We were right in Cooperstown and that was perfect.
