Come to paradise and stay in this spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with all its amenities. This condo sleeps ten guests. Being on the ground floor of the Phoenix VIII this condo is just steps away from the pool and beach.

·         Flat screen televisions are located in the bedrooms and the living area

·         Queen sofa sleeper and DVD player in the living area

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major stainless steel appliances and granite countertop

·         Seating for four at the table in the dining area and seating for two at the kitchen bar

·         Full size washer and dryer in the hall closet

·         Master bedroom has a four poster canopy king size bed on carpet and private access to the balcony

·         A double sink, jetted tub, and step-in shower with glass doors in the master bathroom

·         Magnificent gulf front view can be enjoyed at the table for six plus a chaise lounge on the balcony

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Love the 1st floor! Property management could use some work.

Checked in a little after 4 at the service desk at the property. Door to property was unlocked. Upon entering, my 6 year old went to lay on one of the beds in the 3rd bedroom and it completely went to the floor. All of the slats were broken and it appeared that the bed had been propped up with a piece of wood. I let the lady working the service desk know and she said someone would contact us the next morning to fix it, but unfortunately we never heard from anyone for the duration of our stay. We also had to ask for toilet paper, because when we arrived there was only one partial roll between the two bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again, but the management of the property could definitely improve.
