This is a very well maintained and gated community, Not only because it close to all, but also a very clean and nice neighborhood – very quiet, peaceful, relaxing! Inside the community, you will find out Resort Amenities, such as 2 pools, club house, tenses court, BBQ hut, fishing deck, bike track, lakes, party palace on the Matanzas River, a mile long frontage Intracoastal waterway and canopy walk with breathtaking views, boats parading, Dolphin playing, fish jumping and Sunny blue sky with ocean breezes,... to make your mind, body and soul one piece and relax...
If you do not want to do any activities, just sitting on This penhouse balcony - All amazing views of lakes, pools, Matanzas River, Hammock Bridge, and beautiful houses are all under your knees... and enjoy the Sunshing...
